I was crunched for time finding a kurta for my buddy's wedding and Arti was super welcoming and put together a great three piece outfit. They were even able to do alterations within 3 days to make sure I had time to try it on a few days before the event. Arti provided $120 off of everything because we found one that fit and looked good all together. Highly recommend this place for Indian jewelry and clothing!”

“I've been to this store several times. The staff is friendly. It's very pleasant to be in the room. I picked up my custom glasses. But I was a little surprised that the $300 glasses did not come with a cloth for wiping them. Well, personally, I didn’t have a welcome letter. I'm happy with the purchase, but I would like it to be better. Oakley is Apple of the glasses world.”

“I brought in my son’s military dress uniform to have patches sewn on shirts and coat. Their customer service and finished product was outstanding. The pricing was very reasonable. They were upfront with pricing and didn’t add costs when I needed changes.Zim was courteous, detail orientated and efficient. “I moved away from the city some years ago and like a true Chicagoan, I wanted to have some gear to Rep it. There was never any gear that I could find that I liked enough to buy. I tried buying gear from the Alley but the quality was just too cheap for me and most of the designs were a bit punk/goth. Then I found these guys. I absolutely love the play on words of Cook County as well as some of the city's iconic symbols. The quality of the clothes is top notch. I have a few hoodies and they are the most comfortable hoodies I own. I've ordered on-line and bought in person as well. Both a great experience. Show these local guys some love and rep your city well.”

“I stopped to look at their boots while I was in the neighborhood. They have top notch gear and their boots are high quality with triple stitching. I was hoping to find a bargain but ended up paying full price which is unusual for me. I did find a great deal on a pair of tennis shoes though so I now have two sets of new footwear.If they had more clothing in my size I would have stocked up on those, too. The “manager” at the other store gave them the wrong number and they held the wrong shoes. These employees went above and beyond to try and turn our experience into a good one. “I randomly walked into this store because of the paisley designs and my other friends were boring me and I stayed for over an hour because of Jonathon's amazing service and eye for styles I'd like.With the hefty discounts and his help finding clothes that fit me, I walked out of there with some amazing velvet paisley black pants.There were some espradilles I was interested in but they were on hold for someone else so I asked him to let me know if the previous customer bails. Today I bought them, and can't wait to wear them out.If I had more money I would have bought an entire suit.”

The store carried big and tall men's clothing which I was unable to find at other big box stores, they only went up to 2x and didn't have tall clothing. I also like the one level building that made it easy to navigate for a Handycap person. The cashier Sarah was very diligent and noticed I didn't get all the discounts I was due and called a manager to adjust my bill, it was very appreciated being a senior on a fixed budget.”

“Had a great shoe buying experience at this J&M location!I was looking for a pair of tuxedo shoes for an upcoming event. Having bought several pairs of J&M dress shoes before, they were my first choice. Their tuxedo shoe, the Ganey Plain-Toe, was not in stock at the Rosemont location, so when I first went in, Stephanie ordered several sizes from other locations so that I could try them on. Within a week they got back to me that all sizes were in the store. I went in on a Friday night and Andrew helped me try the shoes on. He took great care of me and was extremely professional and personable. I went with the Size 11's, and got a pair of their Cedar Tree Knobs and several pairs of socks.J&M make great quality shoes, and Stephanie and Andrew were awesome to work with. Can't say enough about them and the work they did for me. I would HIGHLY recommend checking out this location!”

“The store does have some unique items and high items. The lady working the day we went in was very nice, talkative, and helpful. We did find numberous items to buy but unfortunately they were not our size. So that's why the 4 stars. I understand resale shops often have one size of items but I wish they a few more sizes. Overall, it was a lovely store. Love the decor and arrangement of items which was easy to shop. The cost of the items were quit expensive compared to eBay or other upscale resale which for me was also part of the 4 stars. We will go back to check again because sometimes a one of a kind items is worth the cost.”
