“I've been to this store several times. The staff is friendly. It's very pleasant to be in the room. I picked up my custom glasses. But I was a little surprised that the $300 glasses did not come with a cloth for wiping them. Well, personally, I didn’t have a welcome letter. I'm happy with the purchase, but I would like it to be better. Oakley is Apple of the glasses world.”

I told him we’re just looking since my daughter will be ordering custom ones online at Converse site. He then offered for my daughter to try on shoes to help with her decision. Wow, what amazing customer service!Arthur was helpful and friendly even though he knew we wouldn’t be buying shoes from Journeys at that point. “I stopped to look at their boots while I was in the neighborhood. They have top notch gear and their boots are high quality with triple stitching. I was hoping to find a bargain but ended up paying full price which is unusual for me. I did find a great deal on a pair of tennis shoes though so I now have two sets of new footwear.If they had more clothing in my size I would have stocked up on those, too. Not to mention the great gear they carry.The staff was friendly and helpful and I helped me feel better about leaving so much money behind.”

“After being told by a “manager” at another location that this store had the item we were looking for in stock, we got there to them not having that item at all. The “manager” at the other store gave them the wrong number and they held the wrong shoes. These employees went above and beyond to try and turn our experience into a good one. I will absolutely be going back to this store because of Corrine (might be spelled wrong). She was absolutely fantastic and I really appreciate all she did for us!”

“I had so much fun shopping in this store. I am glad I saw this store there is a display on the front saying 40-60% sale and that is why I was encouraged to go inside. It is clean and well organized but the great thing in here is that there are sales on every items. The items in the store were nice and the quality was nice as well. There are a lot of choices to choose from and all sizes are available. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Prices are already fair and reasonable but there is a sale on all of the items so it was such a great deal. I seriously bought a lot and I was able to buy clothes for me, my family and my friends. The items I bought for us are wonderful and has a comfortable fabric. They love everything I bought for them. The store is really amazing.”

“My Fiancé and I both purchased our wedding attire from this location. We both felt welcome during our separately scheduled appointments. The suits are fantastic, and I was able to pull a beautiful suit off the rack and get slight adjustments made for me to pick up for another day. Jayden helped me out in the Black Tie Formalwear and made it very easy for me to look good, and understand how to properly take care of the suit for the special day. The parking lot used to have some bad potholes, but it's since been fixed! I'd recommend this location to any of my friends looking to get married, and it's in a great location for our specific wedding shopping needs.”

“I was in the mall going around from store to store to find myself a card holder wallet. Prior to this I have misplaced the one I had during my work trip in Toronto. Since I'm having new cards delivered, I am in need of a replacement. As I entered the shop, I was greeted right away by the associate posted up in the middle of the shop. I exchange pleasantries and proceed to where the wallets are kept. I did go through a few on display and found one that I liked. Asked for another of the same card holder from the back if they had one kept. They did and so I bought it. I adore this place. They have really nice selection of things that I was definitely looking for. Maybe next time I could browse their apparel. But for now, just a wallet will do. The associates were very helpful and extremely friendly. Did I mention they were both good looking as well. “Some of the lowest reviews are legit and some are just plain asinine. For example the kid that said the other stores look cooler, that’s probably the dumbest thing I’ve ever read. The prices are actually fair since they’re a lot cheaper than most of the stores I shop at and they have excellent quality. They always have sales so I would check the website. It was very slow when I went there on a Saturday night but the employees kept the store clean and tidy. I guess they charge for plastic bags now which is weird. If you have bought a lot of items, be sure to bring one of your own bags to store them in after purchase.”

“This Macy's is located in Woodfield mall. It's very huge and has 3 levels. There's quite a lot of items to look at. You might be lost if you are unsure of what you are buying. The helpers at the fragrance are good to work. They have sale going on year round and there's an outlet section in the ground level near the toy section.I have noticed the some employees at billing near men's section were not so pleasant or welcoming.Also, try and get out of the store before they close. Else, you'd be forced to walk out of the building if you didn't park in front of Macy's. In summer it might be okay but winters are a nightmare.”
