“After being told by a “manager” at another location that this store had the item we were looking for in stock, we got there to them not having that item at all. The “manager” at the other store gave them the wrong number and they held the wrong shoes. These employees went above and beyond to try and turn our experience into a good one. “It's DSW, so obviously the selection is massive! It can be quite overwhelming if you don't know what you're looking for, so it was a good think I had a game plan before arriving. I was in search of a "dressy, stylish, yet comfortable" walking shoe that would match all my outfits for a summer trip. As usual, DWS delivered! The staff here is super nice and helpful, they didn't have my size on the floor and they were able to locate it in the back room. When I went to checkout and told them my hesitancy about buying shoes in Illinois when I was from NY, they were immediately understanding and called the NYC store and helped secure a pair of shoes back home for me! They even extended the discount across states!! I love DSW Schaumburg and am always happy to visit when I'm in town. Also, those prices can't be beat - what a deal!”

“Wow! I walked into the store and was blown away at the amount of merchandise. They have final clearance which is 75% of retail store. Last season items selected for 60% off retail. Then they have last collection at 50% off retail and finally the basics and some new items at full price. I spent about an hour in the store and saved about 1K off items that are from previous collections I couldn't find my size, so I missed out on classic pieces. I will be back k and the staff is very helpful!”

“I went shopping in Woodfield Mall. It's been a long while based on the last time I came here and this is my first time since the pandemic started and I did not waste my chance to visit the store. The store was still pretty same. It was clean and everything is organized. Their selection must be the only different because now they have great selections of clothes and especially boots!. I really love this store. The boots I had are mostly from this store. I love its quality and design. Aside from their wonderful boots and clothes, they also got other accessories like bags and many more. This is such a really great store and their fashion sense is nice and perfect for women. Prices are fair and reasonable too! I bought lots of interesting items and the prices are affordable. They also have the kindest, friendly and helpful staff. You guys should visit the store too. It was extremely hot inside the store and every customer was sweating. I felt bad for the staff because of how hot it was.
