If you're not familiar with the ordering process, you have to order one VERY quickly online if you want to get one for the following season. Arctic Cat took my deposit the day I ordered and asked which dealer to send it to (Route 12, duh!). Then in October, the manufacturer canceled the order on Route 12 (no fault of theirs). Come to find out, Arctic Cat canceled orders for the model I ordered once in April (as they accidentally accepted too many orders online) and again in October (for a reason unknown to me). Route 12 went out of their way to locate one for me! Thanks for finding my RX-C and maintaining my sleds!”

After getting fitted last week, she was frustrated yesterday with 6 gutters in a row! She swore the ball was too heavy. After meeting with Lynn, he assured her the ball was not too heavy, all she needed was a wrist brace. Luckily I had filmed a few of her frames and showed them to Lynn.
