Even though we’re all experiencing delays on certain vehicle parts due to all of the strikes, they were able to obtain the necessary parts and repair my vehicle pretty quickly. I didn’t even have to go through the hassle of making any payments because they handled everything with the insurance company. And the insurance company paid them directly. Schaeffer also went ahead and scheduled a rental car for me which picked me up directly from their shop at the same time that I dropped off my car. And when my car was ready, I just dropped off the rental at Schaeffer and the rental car company came and picked up their car.Schaeffer also buffed out the rest of my car that had minor scratches, washed and vacuumed everything nicely too. The service was outstanding, keeping me updated on the progress. David O’Brien, was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He explained how the process worked. “Whoever is reading this, you need to go to this shop. I can’t thank these guys enough.This last year has been a nightmare with my car, one repair after another. Turns out the previous shop I went to was intensely deceitful, price gouging me and urging me to fix things that don’t need fixing, while beating around the bush with things that *actually* need fixing.Everyone at Rolando’s is so kind and honest, especially Rachel, who I worked with most of the time. During one incident, she even called the previous shop who was trying to screw me over, explaining that the work they did is what created the problem in the first place.
