Unhappy with Pugi service. I’ve been going to Pugi VW for more then 12 years, and when I had a bad experience, no one would return my calls or emails. THEN THEY NEVER TOLD THEIR LONGTIME CUSTOMERS THAT THEY WERE BEING SOLD!!! Now I go to Bill Jacobs VW in Naperville, where service is exceptional.
