Buyer Beware! Purchased a mattress that was too soft for my husband. After just a few days, I contacted HassleLess for a return. They are charging us $600 to return our mattress. Please thoroughly review their return policy before buying from then. I would never recommend them for this reason. $600!!!

We were required to purchase a box spring in store as there was no option to bypass it. Once it arrived, it was not needed. I submitted a return form and was told the delivery fee would be half the cost of the box spring. Terrible customer service. Will not be shopping here again.
