“My husband and I were shopping for living room furniture last weekend. Our wants were very specific; power reclining sofa without middle seat or center drink holders. We went to several stores and since the selection of was limited, most sales people attempted to sell us a style of sofa we did not want. Our last stop was at the new Room Place in Woodridge on Boughton. This is where we met Mr. Alvaro Gonzalez who provided us with exceptional customer service. He only showed us the styles we wanted, he let us take our time, did not hover, answered all questions and took the time to calculated payment plans for two different sets. In the end, we selected a floor sample, and Mr. Gonzalez made sure we inspected thoroughly before finalizing the sale. The set was delivered five days later and we were impressed because not only did the furniture arrive within the estimated window, but we received updates so we would know exactly when it would arrive. The delivery team was polite and efficient, making the overall experience great. If you are looking for furniture, I highly recommend visiting the room place on Boughton in Woodridge, and if you are lucky enough to work with Alvaro Gonzalez, I am sure you will have a very positive experience.”
