“I don't know what the hell all these people are talking about how they are treated poorly at this branch location. Every time I go to this branch the girls here are always polite to me and have never given me any static. I've never had a problem with borrowing money from this credit union to up my credit score. They have never called me or hassled me in any way shape or form. Jennifer, one of the teller girls, is always polite to me, and so are the rest of the girls there, always say "hello, and welcome to Nu Mark". All of them always have a smile on their faces to me. Not once have they ever been rude to me. So, for me, they all do a great job. I have used this branch well over 10 years now. I think all you loser whiny cry baby customers need to check yourselves first before you go on ranting of how terrible the service was here. For me and the over past 10 years of doing business with this branch has always been pleasant for me.”
