“Just moved here and had a large wire transfer that was handled perfectly. The teller, who I think was Cassandra (apologies if I got the name wrong) was so helpful and gracious.”
9AM - 5PM
1095 E 9th St, Lockport“I've been using that branch since it first opened and have nothing but good to say about the clerks at this location... in fact, I use the Crest Hill location too and have always had a good experience... Now, why the 4 stars? Well, it not due to the service I get when I walk it but because they've decided to operate during the times when most people can't bank which is 9-5pm. Because of this, I'm typically forced to bank there only on weekends when I really have other things to do. Come on PNC, maybe open a little later so that least those coming home from work can stop in... Or heaven forbid, have 2 shifts.....”
“I had an issue with my first direct deposit into my new checking account and I was not getting the right help from the 800 number. I called the local branch and Marcy went above and beyond to help me and solve the problem.”
“I had an issue with my checking account, I called the 888 customer service number, they basically blew me off & could not help me. I called my home branch which is Lockport & talked to Jacklyn. I can't be more grateful for her!!! She guided me to who I needed to talk to & figured out what happened in a matter of minutes! The mistake was resolved & everything is good.Thank you Jacklyn!!!”
“What a positive experience I had with correcting a mistake I made when paying my CU VISA bill last month. I put another credit card company's check in the envelope that went to my C&T VISA address, but with Nancy's wonderful help, staying on top of the refund situation, I was able to get back on track and have the correct payment go to the correct credit card. I have been a member of this credit union for nearly 50 years and their services have never disappointed me, but this was the first time I really needed help with the refunding of a large amount of money. Nancy goes to the "head of the class" for her efforts! Thank you, thank you, thank you!”
