I had to pull up past documents from a long way back so a lot of papers, plus I got fraud on my card, anyways Stephanie Zavala was so comforting and there was no problems. She was 100%, got me all my papers and called me back and checked on my situation.I highly recommend her for customer service. I don’t have words to explain how much she helped me out she is Awesome !!!!And she showed love towards my dogs lol! Stephanie Zavala was Great!”

“This 5- star review is LITERALLY for relationship banker- Joy Tyda NOT the bank. I personally do not like dealing with old national bank I never did business with them but my loan was sold to them after they took over First Midwest Bank. Long story short I satisfied my car loan debt with ONB a few months earlier then the schedule last payment & my title was supposed to be sent to my home address. I waiter over 2 months and never received it. After talking to multiple reps, a manager & the IL Secretary of State & got nowhere I finally reached out to the branch directly where I first took out my car loan & had the pleasure of having Joy help me out with the situation. Problem was no one was able to get me a duplicate title or a copy of it not & the loan ONB’s loan department wasn’t giving me my title number either! It was getting ridiculous. However, Joy took charge right away & emailed who she had to, CC others that needed to be included in the emails to their loan department to make sure that this issue was going to get resolved sooner rather than later. After a couple weeks, I finally have what I need and received not only a copy of my title, but also my title number all thanks to Joy!! I would NEVER do business with ONB I dislike the way they handled everything and how good they were about taking my payments, but definitely not good at all about helping me handle the situation and if it wasn’t for Joy, I’m sure I’d still be waiting to hear back from them with more weird excuses. Thank you Joy Tyda for not only doing your job, but also going above and beyond to help someone out that is doing business with your guises bank, and that satisfied their end of the bargain! This is what exceptional customer satisfaction is which is RARE nowadays!”

“I have been with NuMark since my 2nd job when my grandmother took me in to start my financial journey maybe 20 years ago. I have had a couple loans through them and watched as they branched out and grew. I moved out of state and continues to use them as my primary bank. No major problems up until recently and it seems like their is no customer loyalty and it is just another major institution. Call center doesn't look into issues just asked and answered. I attempted to pay off my last loan, recently so I made a $1200 payment and from my account it showed zero. I called and the credit union and the rep told me it would be a couple days before it showed but to wait a week. I waited 2 weeks and sent a message asking what was going on. They told me there was a $4 interest balance and why didn't I ask for a payoff quote when I spoke to the rep... SMH because silly me thought I was calling an institution with a loan department that would assist me when I called to follow up the first time. Needless to say it took over a month and finally got my title.Update: I was contacted shortly after this to correct the issue. Fortunately it was already corrected but I went into more specific details with the manager. I do appreciate them looking into my situation and hope there is some documentation and retraining with some individuals.”
