“I requested an estimate to replace the battery on a tablet. This business is very responsive. I went on site to have the work done. The representative analysed my device and was up-front that replacing the battery would not resolve the issue. They promptly told me it was the charging port and I could replace the motherboard, but the issue would eventually happen again. I appreciate them being honest and would certainly try them again.”
“These guys were great! They got back to be extremely quickly and were up front with timelines and cost. Had a battery replaced in my laptop. Was able to make an appointment after working out the details over the yelp project manager. Was able to get my battery replaced in about an hour. They even cleaned the fans and and made my track pad work like new!”

“I actually go to this place to buy electronics. They always give me the best deals. Everyone in NYC tried to charge me $700 for an IPhone 11 Pro Max but they only charged me $650 here. Staff is so friendly and kind and they always have so many MacBooks available. I loved buying used electronics but I feel more safe buying it from an actual store and well known seller”

“Can’t recommend Vince enough! I struggled finding someone who could repair my grandfather’s record/radio console for so long and am so glad I came across Pure Grooves. The estimate was what I expected for how old my console is and the level of repair needed. He gave a detailed breakdown of needed repairs and costs and even helped fix cosmetic damages. “I came to this location because I filed a claim through Asurion from my phone provider. I was slightly frustrated about the claim process from Asurion, as it has changed multiple times and has not been as easy as it was in the past, but coming to this location took all of my frustration away.Within an hour from filing, a technician from uBreakiFix River North called me to find out exactly what was wrong with my phone and when I was planning on coming in to drop it off. He was extremely friendly and assured me that it would be a quick fix. The same tech that I spoke with on the phone was the one who completed the drop off process and again, extremely friendly and let me know that I would have my phone back that same night (which Asurion CS reps and AT&T did not do).Overall, what started as a stressful situation was solved easily because of the technician at this specific location. I was 100% ready to cancel my insurance plan with Asurion/AT&T and switch to Apple Care had it not been for this location.”

“Thank you Mario for being an audio plastic surgeon. I took my Cam Am Spyder to another audio place on the north side of Chicago last summer to install 4 speakers, new amp, and an equalizer. The job was horrible. The speakers would turn off on me, they would make a loud popping noise and overall it really bothered me. I wanted Mario from M&M to take a look at it this year and correct the mistakes. Luckily I was able to get on his schedule and Mario replaced 2 speakers and added tweeters, he replaced my battery to lithium, add jumping pegs to my frunk, replaced my equalizer, added a new controller and Bluetooth, added a platform inside my frunk to separate the audio from anything I want to place there, added an USB port, and did countless repairs that the other place made on my bike. For example Mario had to plug the extra holes in the speaker holders/mounts, repair a large hole in the frunk, and replaced wires that the other place just spliced and spliced and spliced again. I am super happy with the end product and this place is highly recommended!”
