The representative analysed my device and was up-front that replacing the battery would not resolve the issue. They promptly told me it was the charging port and I could replace the motherboard, but the issue would eventually happen again. I appreciate them being honest and would certainly try them again.”

“This is definitely the place to go if you need your phone repaired. I called and was told that my phone part was in stock and it could be repaired immediately on the Spot while I waited. I was told about 30 minutes and it took just that. The price was very reasonable and the customer service was outstanding. Businesses like this should exist everywhere in Chicago because they take care of their customers by being honest fair and true to their word. Great experience overall and I left with a parting gift and a warranty as well. I would definitely recommend.”

Starting with a repair on the volume pot on my college 1980 Aiwa integrated amp that I was sure was destine for the recycle bin. I've got a higher end Tandberg power, preamp and FM tuner set that he keeps like new for me. Be ready to see more piled up old electronics than you've ever seen in one place. “I came to this location because I filed a claim through Asurion from my phone provider. I was slightly frustrated about the claim process from Asurion, as it has changed multiple times and has not been as easy as it was in the past, but coming to this location took all of my frustration away.Within an hour from filing, a technician from uBreakiFix River North called me to find out exactly what was wrong with my phone and when I was planning on coming in to drop it off. He was extremely friendly and assured me that it would be a quick fix. The same tech that I spoke with on the phone was the one who completed the drop off process and again, extremely friendly and let me know that I would have my phone back that same night (which Asurion CS reps and AT&T did not do).Overall, what started as a stressful situation was solved easily because of the technician at this specific location. I was 100% ready to cancel my insurance plan with Asurion/AT&T and switch to Apple Care had it not been for this location.”

“I had put off fixing my personal computer for over two years because of the anticipated cost and the time that it would take to get the job done. I am beyond happy that I was able to find this place!!! My Dell computer was not charging, I was able to give them a call and explain the problem. Not only were they able to identify it and provide a lower than expected quote, when I brought my computer in, they were able to fix it within 2 hours!!! They have many of the parts on site. He tried to charge me $225 and told me that my $55 was a deposit and I couldn't get back my deposit back. I should've knew I was being conned after walking into a store that looked like a hoarders garage. Seems like that's how they make their money by telling customers to come in leave a deposit and make up stories afterwards to rip you off for your deposit $”
