I called to see if they might be able to repair an old phonograph. The young man was very knowledgeable and informative. Since the piece may need to be welded, we have appointment when the weather gets better to do it outside. I look forward to our visit!!!

Vince is the man. I tried to install a new cartridge and snapped the tonearm wires. Too intricate of a job for me to fix myself. Vince responded to my email quickly and made drop off and pick up a breeze. Very reasonable price too! New cartridge sounds fantastic!
