Said was prompt and professional. He travelled out of the city to complete the warranty repair on my LG washer. They diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the part, and waited to make sure the machine was functional again.

Bought a new LG refrigerator that had a problem with the ice maker. LG dispatched Said El-Matari and the repair went great. The fridge is now fixed, they showed up as scheduled, very good communication, no complaints at all. Would recommend them.

Said was out to repair my LG refrigerator 2 times, he was amazing- knows his stuff, clean and so polite! He did not leave until each repair was for sure correct! I appreciate the knowledge and dedication to great customer service. I would recommend him for sure!!!
