Needed to downsize my system before moving and dB Audio allowed me to bring in my existing speakers and transfer trade credit a new purchase seamlessly same-day. Very generous trade policy as well, hope to do business with them again!

At closing time Alex opened the door and provided me with some a list of repair folks for turntables. The customer service stood out, along with all the marvelous and quality equipment they had. Next time I need some audio equipment I’m coming to deciBel!
