Just want to shout out the store manager that spent 2+ hours with me trying to get help activating my home 5G internet. The issue was totally at the corporate side and still not has been resolved a week later, but I totally appreciate the efforts he made.

Thank you Kevin for your patience and help with activating my e-SIM card! My SIM card had failed and I walked into the store and Kevin called customer care with me to get the problem fixed. My phone was working again in about 30 minutes. I am grateful for such a positive experience with Verizon.
