The staff is friendly. But coffee machine never works. I mean NEVER! I stop there every weekdays at the same time 7:20am.

Got off the Blue Line train on my way home to buy a gift card. The guy behind the counter said he can't load gift cards because his supervisor was not in. Why is this so? This was a big waste of time for me & unprofessional move for this 7/11
