Dear owner of this seven eleven: I brought in my own cup and got a refill in the fountain drink, but your employee charged me full price. Not cool. He argued back saying it don't show up on his register. Older black guy

The one located at 833 W Van Buren St, Chicago, IL 60607 needed to have the Pepsi fountain drink replaced. Instead of replacing it the white dude with glasses stated it would take a while because it was buried in the back. Absolutely poor customer service and laziness, also what do you mean “buried” in the back.
