Anytime I have any issues with my car, I go to Ricky. Very professional and kind and goes above and beyond his role every time at a very fair price. He can be busy sometimes especially when you go in without calling but it is worth the wait. If there is something that his shop does not do, he does a great job at connecting you to someone in town to help. Truly blessed to have someone so honest and kind.”

“My minivan had a series of engine misfires on a cross country road trip, and fortunately it happened next to this repair shop. I called them up and the staff was friendly, suggested I come right in for a tune-up. They were able to get new spark plugs and ignition coils installed, and I was back on the road within 6 hours. Their price was reasonable for the combination of speed and quality I was looking for and my original mechanic for my van had told me the same thing about it also needing a new gasket for this work on this van. I would definitely recommend this shop and appreciate their employees who went beyond to help me get going, even taking a late lunch to finish putting my auto back together faster.”

“Saved me a ton of money by helping me determine that it was time to send a car to the scrap yard. CarX wanted $600 to work on one aspect of my failing car and I wasn't sure if it was worth it because the car had other issues and wasn't worth much. So I took it to Cecil's and asked him to assess it. The guy who helped me discovered that the car wasn't going to survive no matter how much money I spent on it. And here's he kicker: he helped me so much but didn't even want to charge for his services. Even if it only took him 20 minutes, what he did for me was worth so much to my bottom line. It was incredibly kind of him to not ask for anything in return. I'm really sad that I'm moving away because this place would be my go-to shop for everything else I need in the future. They're super honest and helpful!”

This guy gets it done fast and the cost is something to smile about in addition to the peace of mind of a reliably running vehicle. I’m new to the area and usually always go to local garages, found my new guy. Tarren saved my truck from bad parts put in by a franchise shop when I had an emergency on a business trip. “This place was recommended as a place to get a flat fixed inexpensively. I had a slow leak in one tire, so took it there. A little hard to find the entrance (need to turn north on the street just west of where a GPS will take you) but eventually got there. A gal greeted me, asked me what I needed. I showed her the tire on my car. She took one look at it and said they couldn't do it because the inner edge was much more work than the outer, due to bad alignment for too long. I asked if they had any used tires my size for sale. She hollered the tire size out in a moment to her colleagues, got a "no" back, and sent me on my way. My husband ended up resolving the leak himself later, without replacing the tire. Still, I am very grateful for their prompt attention and decision, to get me back on my way without having to make or wait for an appointment and be led on. Cash only. Would visit again when needed. Note that the hours on Google may be incorrect, so call to see if they're open when you need them.”

“When the window glass fell and wouldn't go back up, I brought my car here to get it fixed. They kept my car over the weekend, which was nice since the window was trapped open, then fixed it. I drove it home then noticed the plastic inside shell of my door is not on properly. It is higher than it should be making it impossible for my passengers to pull up the lock manually.I emailed and they told me to come back to get it fixed. I never did since it's out of the way, I would need to leave my car an unknown amount of time, and get an Uber to and from. So my door now has a different problem. ?”
