“Staff there has always been nice. However, I was always taught and instructed. When handling money to give and receive transactions from hand to hand, that includes items purchased? This means that if I provide money transactions from my hand to yours, then the receiver should do the same. I held my hand out for change and receipt. Money placed in hand items purchased placed on counter.”

“You may find better prices, where? I don't know. One thing you won't find is better service. Once you get someone to assist you, they will put all their heads together and help figure it out. Nothing but good things to say. If I need something specific, I skip Home Depot and come here.”
“First time going to this Ace as it's a little further than the closest one to me. Went in looking for a Stihl leaf blower for my dad and the cashier was really nice and got ahold of someone to walk us through the maintenance and details of this purchase. Once we purchased the BG50 (I believe it was the manager on duty) put some gas in it and took us outside, showed us all the functions and started it before we left. Although I knew how to operate a Stihl my father was very impressed by the service and this location has definitely become my new go to Ace.”
“I love ACE. First of all, big major congrats to them for holding on in a tough retailer market. I prefer smaller format stores over big box and the fact they haven't been eaten by the other is a testament to their strategy. And they often hire incredibly helpful staff. The driver called me within minutes and delivered my item so that I did not have to reschedule for another day!”
