I went there on Sunday afternoon, and these two senior men that are supposed to be the "Ace friendly hardware men" spent more time chitchatting with each other and not asking customers if they needed any help. Are they volunteers?

A great local family based business employing local people and supporting the community. Knowledgeable employees everywhere throughout the store eager to assist, answer questions and give advice. Just truly one of the last great real retail stores left!
