Unfortunately, the 1st one sent had a problem that after I'd sent a few pictures to demonstrate, the BAI rep, Natalie, identified as a rare manufacturing issue. Natalie sent a replacement immediately and it arrived in less than 48hrs. The replacement fits perfectly and is beautiful! “This is a rave review for Masters and their employees. Before we engaged Masters to update our bathrooms, we had lived through two bathroom renovations and two kitchen renovations in other houses, and we knew that updates involve noise, mess, stress, and surprises. With Masters, thanks to Jennifer, Sandra, Sasha, and Zeljko, there was no noise, mess, or stress. Jennifer guided the design and had a great eye for color, while Sandra kept us in the loop on admin stuff, and Sasha came by to check on things. All of that is great, but it’s the day-in-day-out stuff that really drives you around the bend with updates, and that’s where Zeljko worked his magic. Every morning, he’d appear, lay cloths to protect the floor, and disappear into the bathroom. Occasionally we’d hear some noise, but not often. He made polite suggestions along the way that made the end result more functional and attractive. Of course, nothing can guarantee there won’t be surprises, because old houses are full of them, but the folks at Masters handled them quickly, quietly, and professionally. Mike came out the next day to see our home at no cost. By Thursday of the next week our old terra cotta pipes were located and replaced with pvc. Their office and production facility are in a building with several small businesses. It is a small showroom. I prefer that to a big, glitz operation with more overhead. I found them to be straightforward, no nonsense, friendly and professional. We selected our quartz elsewhere and I thought the price was a bit high. I searched the internet and found Granite & Marble Gallery. After reading the reviews, I decided to give them a try and visited their facility. Their price was great. “Immensely impressive operation. I am doubly indebted to TD. First, for the installation of a fine floor. But also for rescuing me. From the prior contractor, the nation's mega floor installer, whose material (about 20k worth) had filled my living room before events began to reveal their jarring incompetence, indifference, ignorance. Unable to continue with the lumbering giant (do not own a single truck, can not leave manager a phone message because he has no voice mail), research led me to call TD. Next day Mathew stopped in and the turnaround began. Sent back all the first contractor's material, switched the radiant heating maker and moved from LuxV to Tile. Throughout the time leading up to and through the installation, by text, phone, or e/m TD kept me updated. Matthew texted a photo of a new tile he saw at the tile convention. Liked it, picked up a sample, chose it and now everyday I get to walk on that awesome surface. Once worked started, Arvydas, the owner, often stopped in to check on progress, on discovering the factory had incorrectly shaped the radiant heating grid for the kitchen, called Warmly Yours, whose expert ("I have been doing this for 29 years!") appeared in less than an hour, for two hours on his knees reshaped the grid and tested it to assure everything worked. Nicholas, the installer, worked relentlessly on the mortar, wires, tiles, grout, fusing all into a stunning sight. Slavek, who showed up every other day to deliver and remove material, working tirelessly, proved one of the most charming people I have ever met. In short, exceptional company and people. Can not go wrong entrusting them with your flooring.”

We have done several similar projects in the past including adding an 800 square foot addition to our home, while acting as our own general contractor. We chose Designers Point because they promised to handle the entire project from beginning to end. We are delighted with their work, and they over delivered on their promise. Our designer was very helpful while allowing our input for items we felt strongly about. She not only designed the remolded bathroom but also worked with us to select the appliances and materials that worked best with the design.Once the work began Their project manager took ownership of scheduling the general contractor and all necessary trades so that there was very little downtime, and all the work was accomplished in a professional manner. Most importantly everyone was respectful of our home and cleaned up after themselves.
