“I was greeted when I walked in and was immediately helped. At first the speediness made me feel like they just wanted me out of there, but it was clear that this employee really knew their stuff and is just a fast worker. She knew their inventory well and was able to find the correct match for my unusual stature right away. She and another employee helped assess the appropriateness of the choices to the event's attire, and I left feeling confident. A larger selection would have been great, but considering I'm an odd size I'm glad they had something fitting in stock.”

“I've been to this store several times. The staff is friendly. It's very pleasant to be in the room. I picked up my custom glasses. But I was a little surprised that the $300 glasses did not come with a cloth for wiping them. Well, personally, I didn’t have a welcome letter. I'm happy with the purchase, but I would like it to be better. Oakley is Apple of the glasses world.”

“Had a great shoe buying experience at this J&M location!I was looking for a pair of tuxedo shoes for an upcoming event. Having bought several pairs of J&M dress shoes before, they were my first choice. Their tuxedo shoe, the Ganey Plain-Toe, was not in stock at the Rosemont location, so when I first went in, Stephanie ordered several sizes from other locations so that I could try them on. Within a week they got back to me that all sizes were in the store. I went in on a Friday night and Andrew helped me try the shoes on. He took great care of me and was extremely professional and personable. I went with the Size 11's, and got a pair of their Cedar Tree Knobs and several pairs of socks.J&M make great quality shoes, and Stephanie and Andrew were awesome to work with. Can't say enough about them and the work they did for me. I would HIGHLY recommend checking out this location!”
