I was crunched for time finding a kurta for my buddy's wedding and Arti was super welcoming and put together a great three piece outfit. They were even able to do alterations within 3 days to make sure I had time to try it on a few days before the event. Arti provided $120 off of everything because we found one that fit and looked good all together. Highly recommend this place for Indian jewelry and clothing!”
“The young salesperson who helped me was a superstar. I was at the O’Hare Oakley store with just a few moments to find the right pair of sunglasses for a trip to the Galápagos Islands. I had a long list of demands and a tough face to fit. This young person dropped what she was doing, and responded to my barrage of demands and questions unflinchingly and without hesitation. She was perfectly responsive and because of her, my vacation won’t be ruined by forgetting my sunglasses!”

“I stopped to look at their boots while I was in the neighborhood. They have top notch gear and their boots are high quality with triple stitching. I was hoping to find a bargain but ended up paying full price which is unusual for me. I did find a great deal on a pair of tennis shoes though so I now have two sets of new footwear.If they had more clothing in my size I would have stocked up on those, too. Not to mention the great gear they carry.The staff was friendly and helpful and I helped me feel better about leaving so much money behind.”

Their products are good, they have great variety, and this outlet store is well stocked!

“I have avoided this store for a long time because it used to be such a disorganized mess. But I went in for an Amazon return and was pleasantly surprised to see that everything was tidy, the employees were pleasant and merchandise was organized and easy to find. “Today, my friend and I decided to check out Chicago Fashion Outlet at Rosemont. We shopped from different retailers including outdoor gear shops. I noticed my wallet my missing. I was in full panic mode since my wallet had all my IDs, insurance cards, DL and some cash. My friend and I retraced our steps back into the different stores with no luck until we finally decided to go back to J Crew where I browsed earlier. Unbelievably, they had my wallet it was turned over by another shopper who found it! Melissa and Aiden are awesome we couldn’t thank them enough. I was in near tears from gratitude. J Crew is fortunate to have them. They are good people and represent excellent customer service. I hope J Crew would recognize their contribution to the store’s reputation. “I was renting a suit for a wedding and as a woman picking up a suit for myself I felt very comfortable and the staff was incredibly helpful and personable. I had some issues with the initial measurement of my jacket sleeves and shoe size but when I came back to get it fixed they had tailored the sleeves and found the correct shoes in less than 15 min.”

“Clean and well organized Kohl's. I thought this Kohl's looked kind of small until I realized there is a whole second floor upstairs! We came here for the Sephora store and walked around after and was surprised to find how clean it was. Sometimes certain locations can be a little disorganized but this one was far from that. We found some decently priced clearance clothing and were checked out and out the door in just a couple of minutes, even during the busy Sunday afternoon when we visited.”

When I was returning the pants I was sad that I’d have to buy a different size at normal prize rather than the discounted rate I got them at. “First time visiting the store from Canada and first time in a store like this too. I didn't really know what to expect as I'm fairly inexperienced with this stuff (and by myself) but the staff were friendly and patient with me. They helped explain various sizing questions, product differences, stuff about inventory, shipping, what's popular, and more - cool stuff.Got to try on a few things to figure out my sizing in a playfully designed fitting room. Left with a couple boxes and a cute jumper. I wish I could've gotten more stuff but sizing inventory was limited during my visit, unfortunately.Will definitely visit again next time! In the meanwhile, I'll be stuck ordering online. Hopefully more Canadian distribution in the future!”
