“It's decent storage yard, not sure why I need to buy a mandatory insurance policy, I was told that the insurance was included in the rent not a separate policy with a company I don't know anything about.

“At first coming here was okay. I never got to officially meet the on site manager when I first got the unit(I had used the online method). But finally after getting to meet her, Shelly she was so easy to talk to. She has such a wonderful personality and is super funny. I love storing my stuff here because its affordable and 24hr accessible. However I did notice that when I tried an 1hr ago to get in, my code wasnt working. My account is paid and up to date so I dont get it? Right as i was leaving I noticed a name change? Its no longer Store local its storage star? So if I never got any email with my new code;; what am I supposed to do now?”

“I am a current renter at otter in R3, The gentleman i do belive his name is Fransico ,that lives on site the maintenance guy/ grounds keeper..... he is wonderful.. very helpful kind and very polite. Answers every question i have asked and if he wasnt sure about the answer he would answer to the best of his knowledge. But always came back and told me the forsure answer .he would go find out and come back and tell he he was either wrong or right not that he was ever wrong that i can remeber... he is a very good asset to that place and does an amazing job at what he was hired for ... he keeps on eye on everthing thing on that property .. very pleased that that young man! He is awesome!!”

“Quiet 14 lot Park established in 1981, w/ Laundry, cite cameras, shade trees, and filtered well water. Septic, propane and metered electric. Reasonable rates, current w/Title 25 MRL & friendly neighbors. Fire lanes and thorough through kept clear for emergency vehicles. Management Newsletter, detailed billings, and approachable ownership. Semi-annual gravel spread, tree trimming and slight upgrades. Issues addressed in a timely manner. Just blocks from Ghost Town, Bodfish Market, Don Sombrero Mexican Restaurant and the Firewood Guy. Nights so quiet only sounds of the river flowing and the breeze blowing through the trees. Great sunsets and full moons. I'm so glad I moved.”

“Fair prices, only wish access was a little later than 10pm if not 24hrs. There is an access gate requiring you to get in with a code, so who cares what time it is? I wanted to put my RV away after getting home, but I don't have an hour to get there, access through gate, park the RV, prepare it to store, and get out before I get locked in. So 9pm is pretty much my deadline to put it away. Then the HOA comes knocking. But we all love our HOA's. Not.”

“Super nice people run this storage facility located not far from the garrity exit. This is the second time we've rented a unit from them and highly recommend the place. Lots of unit size options as well as tons of RV spots. Gate access and very clean. They're open until 8 in the winter and 10 in the summer. It would be great if it were 24 hour access but the increased hours in the summer definitely helps.”
“I've had a storage shed here since July 2019. Whenever I had any issues, they're always relatively quick to respond. They even respond to text messages! The units are affordable and large.”

“We actually got a storage unit through auction. It was one of those days if something could go wrong it was going to. I called the storage unit place twice to ask for help that wasn't even necessarily their responsibility. The lady her name was Candice was incredible like to the point where there is really no words to describe her level of kindness and all the help that she gave. She actually had me come over to the storage helped me navigate and figure everything out got my problem solved she made a situation that started off very stressful something that was actually enjoyable. She was kind she knew her job very well and went above and beyond her job description. Multiple people coming in she multitasked like a superstar. We absolutely loved dealing with her and I would keep getting units from that storage place just to know she was going to be on the other end”
