Almost 5 stars, but I'm concerned that we were told that there would be 3 keys in the unit we rented, but only found two. I don't want to be charged for the nonexistant 3rd key when we conclude our business with you.

My son moved his stuff out back on june 17th. This was in my name. I had to pay for july prorate. That is fine so i paid dor july of $165.80and was charge $447. And paid up til august. Still waiting on my $282.00 refund. Shelly is doing awesome on trying to get it for me.
