“I don’t know if it’s fate or just my luck. I called in looking for a parking spot for my trailer and lo and behold they had one. The guy told me to pop in and they will take care of me. Two weeks later I needed to move my 10x 10 storage closer to home, where I live . I called again and, lo and behold, they had a unit for me available. The guy at the front desk was most helpful and attentive to my needs. Id recommend to anyone looking for a unit or parking spot to call these guys. I’m happy through and through.”

“So I configured a shed on their site which was super easy and beneficial. The next day “Ole’” Dave reached out and answered all of my questions and told me about their current specials. A few days later Dave patiently answered even more questions. When we arrived at their showroom we were greeted by Brittney who gave us a tour, answered even more questions, reconfigured our shed and had us on our way in a snap (with an incredible deal). On installation day Josiah, Seth and Garrett showed up on time, looking professional and ready to work. Josiah walked me through my options and happily answered even more questions. The installation was smooth, they were very careful around the fence, garden and grass. When finished, they cleaned up everything and left without a trace. The shed is built like a tank and is the envy of the neighborhood. I can’t imagine how this process could’ve been any better. We are 100% satisfied with STOR-MOR SHEDS and they are a prime example of doing things “the Idaho way”!”

The manager Jeff is beyond helpful and kind and the assistant manager Jill is exactly the same way!!! You will love dealing with them and prices are lower than other places and he’s always there if you need him OR HER !! WE just feel so safe and sound here after dealing with other storage places (PS ) another thing this storage facility has a man that keeps things SO clean ~ we are very impressed by what we’ve seen here! She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of the details including giving me a list of the open spots and letting me take my time to decide which one I wanted to choose. She went above and beyond to show me how to use the app and test it out to make sure I could open the gate and access my storage spot. “Great so far. I found using the app to open the gate was a tiny bit confusing at first but once I figured it out it was a breeze and super convenient. The facility is spotless and signing up was easy as was changing my insurance coverage when I needed to. I got the 5 x 15 unit and it is actually a better size for the things I store (mostly same sized bins stacked up along one wall) and it saved me money too. I'm expecting that the introductory special rate will change after a few months but for now, it all works well for me. My stuff is easy to move so if the rate goes up too much I'll just find another better priced option. ;)”
