“This particular DL Evans branch is far and away the best. The staff are friendly and helpful, and unlike the 12th Avenue branch, they don't place ridiculous restrictions on the drive-thru use. I would highly recommend this branch.”

“With extremely rare exceptions, my regular use of branch services in Nampa, Caldwell, Twin Falls and occasionally an Eastern Idaho Branch, as well as use of the new to most of us branch in I believe it was in Murry, Utah goes courteously, promptly, efficiently, and seamlessly. Those transactions with professional, friendly and well trained personnel have earned D.L. Evans Bank my highest recommendation whenever conversations turn to banking services and trusting banks. If there is a part of a point missing on a five star rating, it would be due to the fact that we are all imperfect people working with imperfect people, who all, once in a while, hiccup. “I visited the horizon credit union on overland and Meridian Blvd next to the Lowe's shopping center for the first time . Being my first time I really appreciated the professionalism and how super helpful Hannah and Tammy were. What a great team they helped set up digital payments monthly for my new car loan and changed my monthly due date . It was super painless and because of how awesome they were I will be setting up a business account here and shutting down another account with another bank which hasn't been super helpful . Can't recommend this place more and I wished I could add more stars .”

The bank manager introduced herself and spent several minutes getting to know us. Overall, the entire experience was great. I would definitely recommend this branch if you want to upgrade your banking experience.”

“Terrible customer service never got my problem solved and they keep saying that it isn't their fault that a pending transaction that was supposed to fall off my account didn't and that I now have insufficient funds fees also they did provide a complementary refund for on of the fees right after that before any other transactions occurred (within a day) they added more fees!!!!!!!! THEY NEVER TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!!!! I hope they will make a better attempt to make it right if they do I will be glad to update my review to 5 star!”
