“I visited the horizon credit union on overland and Meridian Blvd next to the Lowe's shopping center for the first time . Being my first time I really appreciated the professionalism and how super helpful Hannah and Tammy were. What a great team they helped set up digital payments monthly for my new car loan and changed my monthly due date . It was super painless and because of how awesome they were I will be setting up a business account here and shutting down another account with another bank which hasn't been super helpful . Can't recommend this place more and I wished I could add more stars .”

“I've visited Clarity CU (Midland Blvd. Branch) several different times and the employees have always been helpful and friendly. Today, I brought my mom in to open up an account. We were fortunate to work with Debbie Welch, a Member Service Specialist, in opening up her account (we came to open up one account but ended up opening two because we were advised of other types of accounts that they have AND the rates were very competitive). “We have been members since we moved here from Hawaii in 2017-2018. We were looking for a credit union and we found this place. We are so happy we did and are still members. Now I have a story to tell - My hubbys’s debit card was compromised and they texted him right away to stop the purchase- we were so happy about that (we do not want to pay for someone else’s Christmas gifts) any hoo he needed a new card - so we called to see what we needed to do- the caped employee was very sweet (I wish I got her name) she ordered another card for him. This past Saturday 12/30/23 we were in the area and decided to stop by and check if his card was coming in the mail and if it was ordered, We got help from young woman named Doula she was so helpful and understanding and created a debit card for him (one was mailed but she stated to shred that one cause she made him a new one). We were so happy with her service I wanted to just tell someone about it !! Thank you Doula for your understanding and help with our situation- Happy New Year and keep up the awesome work!!! They offer great interest rates for CDs and saving accounts and have extraordinary customer service. The entire staff is friendly, competent, and thorough.I have had the good fortune to work with Loren B. who is an excellent financial services officer. She has a work ethic like we use to see in the “old days.” Loren has a deep knowledge of ICCU's banking protocol and has handled a myriad of financial transactions for me without a hitch.
