“I have dealt with Clarity for several years now, I initially started my experience with Kelsey when she worked at the meridian branch.Time has gone by and I continue to use Clarity for a lot of my personal banking and loan needs. I have over the past year had some issues with the Meridian branch relating to a missed payment that I was unaware of.The branch had not informed me of this missed payment from almost 6 months prior ( I understand missed payments are my responsibility, further investigation had shown an error on Clarity's part) I unexpectedly received a significant hit on my credit for late payments, tried to resolve this issue and was promised a resolution, a follow up, and this to be taken from my credit. Never had a follow up, and was not taken or fixed on my credit, even after several attempts to resolve the issue.Lost faith in this establishment.Until recently. my wife had been searching for a vehicle, and we decided to reach out to Kelsey who had relocated to the Caldwell branch. We were absolutely amazed with her speed and efficiency. Her ability to answer our questions and her attention to detail are unmatched, this was by far the easiest dealings we have had with any financial institution.I was very impressed and pleased with the service she provided. Their service desk is really helpful and friendly. The app works really well without infuriating me with annoying bugs or a stupid interface. There's just no reason not to give ICCU five stars.”

“We have been members since we moved here from Hawaii in 2017-2018. We were looking for a credit union and we found this place. We are so happy we did and are still members. Now I have a story to tell - My hubbys’s debit card was compromised and they texted him right away to stop the purchase- we were so happy about that (we do not want to pay for someone else’s Christmas gifts) any hoo he needed a new card - so we called to see what we needed to do- the caped employee was very sweet (I wish I got her name) she ordered another card for him. This past Saturday 12/30/23 we were in the area and decided to stop by and check if his card was coming in the mail and if it was ordered, We got help from young woman named Doula she was so helpful and understanding and created a debit card for him (one was mailed but she stated to shred that one cause she made him a new one). We were so happy with her service I wanted to just tell someone about it !! Thank you Doula for your understanding and help with our situation- Happy New Year and keep up the awesome work!!! They offer great interest rates for CDs and saving accounts and have extraordinary customer service. The entire staff is friendly, competent, and thorough.I have had the good fortune to work with Loren B. who is an excellent financial services officer. She has a work ethic like we use to see in the “old days.” Loren has a deep knowledge of ICCU's banking protocol and has handled a myriad of financial transactions for me without a hitch.
