“I visited many Territorial branches and Waipio branch is place to go when you need best and fast service. Sometimes I go out of my way to deposit since I have multiple checks to process. Branch manager Ing is the quickest of all. She doesn't waste any time and easy to work with. I wish all the tellers train by her so all the branches service is the same. Wish there is a way to give more than 5 star.”

Her competence and caring personality were exactly what was needed in a case where an elderly family member was making potentially devastating banking mistakes. “Well deserved 5 star rating. P.H.F.C.U Makaha branch is the perfect example of NEVER judge a book my its cover. I have passed by P.H.F.C.U Makaha branch on many occasions thinking that somehow the small branch tucked away off of the Farrington Hiway in Waianae was somehow inadequate based solely upon it's street view appearance. Boy was I wrong. It was an impulsive stop, because I saw cars parked in front on a Saturday. I walked in an was greeted with instant Aloha. I entered seeking only information and walked out as a NEW member. I was locked out of my C.U account at Travis C.U in Cali & was very disappointed in their customer service. Peal Hawaii transfered ALL the cash from my Travis accounts into a NEW savings and checking account. I was so impressed that I had to re-edit this review to explain why I gave Pearl Hawaii Credit Union my very first 5 star rating EVER as a Google Guide. They may be a smaller Credit Union but they are beyound they BEST.”

“I've been a member of Hawaii USA FCU for the past 12+ years now and have always been happy with their services. I do majority of my in person banking here at the Waipahu location, as I used to live/work in the Kunia area. The tellers are always friendly and do their job efficiently. I have had to work with loan officers a few times and they are also very efficient and professional. The only junky parts are that the current/newer location is smaller and can get crowded as they usually have 2-4 tellers working at a time. The parking lot can also get crowded, but luckily it is a section of Waipahu Town Center and you can park further near Longs or Seafood City and walk over. All of those things are out of their control so I didn't feel the need to deduct any stars from my review. I recommend Hawaii USA FCU and this branch in particular for your banking needs.”

“Came to the bank for a deposit for my girls and had trouble with online banking. I think her name a Charlene. I know it started w a C. But bein untech savvy, she was so patient n understanding. I kept apologizing. She must have been helping me for 15 minutes or so. Thank u so much! What a wonderful experience!”

“I have no idea why this bank has so many bad reviews, they deserve better than that. I had such a great experience for my first time here. Initially came here to close my old account and open a new one because of some fraudulent action on a Saturday, an hour and a half before they closed. It was convenient because it's close to where I live. Thank God it wasn't busy, just had to wait a few minutes then was helped by Wendy who was lovely and she helped me with every step even changing my info for the app and applying for a credit card. She was mindful an empathetic with each question or concern I had and everything, I have social anxiety and she was very patient with me. The other tellers all seemed helpful, smiling, and fast even when there was a mini rush towards closing. Thank you again Wendy!”

“Czarina Javier was very helpful during a most recent visit. She went above and beyond and provided the best service by ensuring that I was well taken care of. During the visit she greeted me with a warm welcome and took care of me though she could've referred me to the back of the line which was a minimal 30 to an hour wait before being seen by the teller. She has shown how the bank values customers time. This was crucial because the bill was due, my login to the bank app wasn't working, and most importantly my wife just recently lost a close family member and we were rushing to go see the family member. Without her help that day life would've been more stressful than it already has been. So in closing to the bank please find more like Czarina that fully understands aloha and impeccable selfless service that she provides.”
