I love Hot Yoga Kapolei!I visit each time I come to visit family in the area. The instructors are enthusiastic, and welcoming. My home is Houston and I do not like getting out of my yoga practice. This is such a great studio! I can’t say enough. Great, clean and friendly!

So happy I decided to join. I'm an unlimited member and seen so much improvement in 3 weeks already, 90% of my pains are GONE. Just makes you want to keep coming more and my food choices are gradually changing too, and glad they have other types of classes to keep it fun and interesting, it's not just bikram.
