“Outstanding customer service! I went to the Kapolei Goodyear because i had a bolt and washer between the treads of my driver side rear tire. The tire was holding air but obviously i had to either repair it or replace it. I pleaded with the woman at the register to patch it so i could get to a Doctor's appt at QMC in town. If i cancel same day i get charged $150.00! The woman at the register told me she could not help me and i would have to schedule an appt. I scheduled for two days later at Noon because that was first available! Mind you i live alone on the West side of the island and work in town. If i don't work, i don't get paid! Needless to say i had a blowout driving West on H-1 after my Doctor's appt! I ended up meeting Bernie an amazing Wahine who drives a tow truck with Cachola Towing and although she was pau with work she stopped to help me! Amazing person with a giant heart filled with Aloha. Bernie towed me to DJ's Motorsports in Kapolei and less than an hour later they replaced my rear tires and balanced them. Outstanding service! I will never go back to Goodyear and waste my hard earned money on a company that could care less about my safety! How long does it take to plug a hole in a tire? Sorry GOODYEAR IN KAPOLEI, YOU FAILED ME!DJ's Motorsports and Cachola Towing your generosity of spirit is a blessing! You will get ALL OF MY BUSINESS. Goodyear in Kapolei shame on you!”

“Bought my first ever diesel. Coming from building cars and doing a small 8” on a 2020 ram 1500. I knew one day I’d want to own a diesel finally found a deal on an already built up 2015 f250. 9” pmf lift. King coil overs. Welded in trust. Instantly at zero knowledge on what was done and what needs to be replaced or fixed if any at all. Brandon was one of the first I called up. When the saying goes “ there is no such thing as a stupid question “ well I’m sure I asked a lot of them. Brandon answered every question with a full explanation to help me learn. Finally scheduled a appt to fully inspect the entire truck oil change and fuel filter change. Needed a huge inspection and fix on front end as stuff was not lining up. Got a call truck was done. Went to shop steering wheel was no longer 170 degrees to the left. Steering was PERFECTLY straight. Was pumped can finally see my speedo. Oil was changed fuel filters changed a whole inspection on bushings bearings u joints whatever you can inspect he inspected got lucky never had to replace anything right off the bat. Overall I know any question I have he’s got the answer will continue going to him and only shop I’ll ever go to for diesel. Brandon and the 808diesel Ohana appreciate the knowledge and hard work you show and appreciate the attention to detail in helping a amateur diesel truck owner like myself.”

“My vehicle was hit on my street by a drink as with 3 other vehicles. The person at fault had progressive and progressive did have an impressive claim process. G&C was able to identify more repairs needed. Unfortunately, progressive reached a claim limit and couldn't continue to resolve so the repairs went to my insurance company. One more thing I learned is progressive pays b the taxes on your rental. My insurance does not. When I got my car back it looked brand spanking new and I am super excited. G&C is no joke... thank you g&c!!!”

“I visited the shop location inside the Old Barbers Point Naval Base and inquired if they had the ability to perform a custom multi-installation request and upon their inspection of my vehicle the owner Garran confidently stated the could handle the job and might I add, for a very good price. I hesitated not and waited patiently and my experience was indeed the kind of service and expertise you want when trusting someone with you vehicle. Upon receiving my car and once it started up, all that I had asked and assigned to them was installed professionally and accurately. My vehicle has more power, fuel efficiency and above all, sounds great. I would recommend them and keep one thing in mind, when you are working with a small business, don't expect a dealership process method because...that's why they call it a small business. That being said, they definitely know what they are doing at Rev Limits Auto Center.”

“Goodyear is one of those hit or miss places. I've been bringing my car here off and on for about 8 years now. I've only done oil change and maybe a tire repair. So this is based solely on that. Some days you can walk in and get an oil change the same day, other days it's by appointment. So far I have had no issues. Big shout out to Micheal at the front desk”
