“This banking institution is excellent, cause it conveniently located at Walmart in Kapolei. I have other business with other credit unions, but this is another place to do business, they have shared branching services which is simple when I need to transfer funds to and from another account. After Thanksgiving holiday, the pass out small calendar for personal use. Other places had stop this. And when they closed, they have ATM's ready to serve you.”

Working in the banking industry since the ‘80s myself, I was very impressed with the excellent service we were given!!! Mahalo Tyra!”

“Ever since my kids were born, one by one, I've opened all of their accounts with Territorial. I oike the fact that they still use savings booklets, I like that they have fewer branches and shorter hours. It helps the SAVING part. Not easily accessible for all of us ,so the money is safe from (lack of) self control. When the kids earn or receive gifted monies, I normally make them physically do their transactions. This particular location isn't crazy busy, so its the perfect spot for my kids to learn the ins and outs of banking and financial success. The tellers are always very friendly and willing to help me and my children with any of our needs. Since this building is on its own with just a few other businesses, parking is great. If this location weren't so far, this would definitely be our go to branch!”

“I found it!!! It's really hard to find. I had to ask somebody for help.If you're making a withdrawal, it'll only do it in multiples of $20 with a limit of up to $500.But here are directions with pictures to help everyone who was as lost as me!Directions:-Find the Bank of Hawaii Hale (building)-Use the elevator/stairs to go to the 4th floor-From the 4th floor elevator/stairs area, follow the walkway to the right labelled "460-460"-You'll see double doors labeled "Cafeteria"-Look to the right, and the ATM is located in that alcove!Hope this helps! 1 star off for being very difficult to find for people unfamiliar with the building”

Despite the busy bank customers they were great and helped me communicate with BOH Safeway Keaunui Branch regarding my authorization letter to ship my vehicle. It has been a long process but they assisted and Mary Jane also sent message to Ewa Beach branch about my encounter. Two hrs later I received a call the letter is ready. Thank you to these three people for their great customer service”

“2/22/24 - signed in and waited. Teller asked if we needed help and told her we were there to open a savings and checking account. She said she could assist us and was efficient, having us look over the documents for any errors. Also scheduled notary appt. 2/23/24 - notary appt on time and handled efficiently as well. So pleased with Kapolei location's services. Associates there were not distracted and gave me their full attention, which having worked for a bank before, know the importance to minimize errors.”
