“Great fishing/tackle store in Kaneohe. I recently visited on 27 FEB. It is not my first time shopping there and without a doubt there is one young guy that works there that is super helpful and knows the store inside and out. I'm by no means an expert fisherman, and if I don't know the name of something, I just have to describe it and the young guy that is usually behind the register has always shown me where exactly the item is.The purpose of the visit this particular day was it was the closest parking to Kaneohe Pancake House which was the main purpose of our excursion that morning. After breakfast, we walked back to Nanko's and I forced my fiance to go in with me since she made me take her out to breakfast. Also, since her dad is visiting from Colorado, we always stock up our tackle boxes when he visits.”

“The best ABC Store in Waikiki because it has a service counter in the back that serves hot meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In addition, they have a great selection of prepackaged sandwiches and microwaveable meals, not to mention fresh cut fruit!!If your hotel supplies a common microwave for guests to use, then you’re in luck. Warm up the food you got from the ABC Store. Save money and at the end of your stay, add up all your receipts to collect free stuff. I gots me a Hawaiian coffee mug, T-Shirt & Tote BagAloha ?”

“I remember making my way up to this location for my first time about a year ago to pay my bill. Their office is located on the 17th floor. The waiting room is such a nice and cozy little area, it's decorated with a few old fashioned style gas pumps. I got helped pretty quickly, i forgot her name but she was nice, professional and really helpful in assisting me with all my questions. Tip: If you work or live in the downtown area, save a stamp and drop off your payments here. You'll like how they decorated their waiting area”

If you forget something on your trip this place becomes your saving grace!The staff is friendly and helpful. Upon my first purchase my kids picked up mac and cheese and the lady who was checking IDs by the self check out line handed us spoons without being asked! I wouldn't have even thought of asking.We've stopped here for morning coffee, afternoon snacks, even hotdogs and fruits! “Went to a restaurant nearby and stopped in here to get a beer for my wife and one for me for dinner.We walked in and it was slightly cramped but the gentleman behind the counter was directing the other family where to find their request while allowing us through and had what we were looking for.We checked out and after we paid, the nice gentleman dumped a handful of hot wheels and told my kid to grab two and he said he had a couple kids over twenty and his misses having children. My wife tried to give him a few more dollars she had in her wallet and he refused. I am moving away from Oahu soon but this is my new favorite place.”

“This is a good place to fill up. Area has a coffee truck in the morning until about 1pm. There is also a Dominoes, Subway, convenience store. Lately, the machines haven't had receipt tape, so you have to go inside.Prices on chips are pretty high in comparison to commissary.”

They have a promo that if you keep your receipts during your stay and bring them in, you can redeem for free stuff. The minimum is $100 in receipts. “We've come here literally every day since we began our vacation. These stores are located everywhere on the island! They are convenient and offer a variety of everything from hot food, drinks, souvenirs, personal care, wine/beer to household and travel items. The staff is always extremely friendly and always looks out to provide a great experience. I had a few to many things in my hands today and a staff member brought me a basket. Depending on the location, the store can vary with size and offerings. Save your receipts because you can go back at the end of your visit for free gifts.”

“My husband (Glenn) always gets his tires from Lex Brodie. He has been going there for years. Junior walked him through the process of the centering rings and type of lugs he needed. He also reminded him to bring the car back in a couple of days to torque the lug nuts. Junior made sure Glenn got his rebate forms to submit to the Rebate Center. “Mitzi, shop owner, is the kindest, sweetest lady. Her shop is located in Kapolei between the library and police station nearest Haumea st. She's a few doors down from the Post office. She sells an assortment of drinks, snacks, popcorn, slurpees, and even makes little bentos like mixed veggies, breakfast bentos. She also makes the best musubis. If you're in the area and need some munchies, definitely make a stop to see her.”
