“Take two aspirins and call me in the morning. Well someplace has to pass out the meds. I use to come here for medical appts now I come here for medicine refills and new prescriptions. Located just right inside the Makalapa gate, this small building helps a lot of retirees and dependents. I love this location because it's close to work and even with all the people there, the wait for the pharmacy is not too long. There is no public WiFi but there is a TV. Sometimes you get a show and sometimes it is off. I don't know what's up with that thing? Is it off or this the next round of sequestration cuts? The staff is very friendly and very intelligent. You have to be to be able to read my doctor's writing. Really, it's like my 5yo just scribbled on a pharmacy pad. Overall five stars. The staff there is fantastic. Now excuse me, I have figure out how to open this stupid bottle. M PS I'm on base and I'm not sure about taking pics here.”

“How did I not know about Foodland. Thx Google. Google Foodland. Very clean and spacious grocery store by any standards. Parking lot is a bit small to park a Tahoe but we managed. All employees we encountered we were very nice and helpful. The inventory of Foodland is not really missing a thing. The deli is bomb. Pastries are in abundance. You will also find traditional hawaiian "go to's". We also found that there were many open cashiers making it a breeze to check out. The highlight of our trip was the many different Poke bowls they have that were reasonably priced. Never Poke priced so fair. Check out my airbnb profile on my profile for california mountain trips”

“We got very lucky and was able to get great help from a wonderful employee. The rest of the employees were not interested in working. We also got lucky cause we checked out in the electronic department. The self check out line and regular lines were outrageously long. Clearly no christmas hiring at the Ala Moana Target.”

“Definitely not my usual Foodland...I'd remember going to this location in Ewa every time I'm visiting my bestie and though not usually a Foodland shopper in general before they had Safeway down the street whenever I needed an item this is always the place to go.The staff here has always been friendly with a smile and willing to help or answer any questions I may have this visit I was with my besties mom who will be leaving in a couple of days I found out she loved 'Ulu or Breadfruit and after a Yelp experience with 'Ulu Mana and their 'Ulu Chips I had to give them a visit since we were just a couple doors down at Longs remembering that Foodland has been carrying their products though sadly as I searched and asked they didn't have it...sigh!Known to carry many locally made items Foodland has always been a cheerleader for our community along with the best poke bowl, this location parking is something to behold as it's the only struggle and that's something with patience is an easy fix, though a bit rough and older this location is convenient with the attached Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.Thank you!”

“Why go to the grocery store for bento's? Because they're good and a great value! For under $9, you can get a miso butterfish bento or $7 a saba rice plate.”

“This review is long overdue!! (and it might be long) I try to support local businesses and Newtown Square Pharmacy is among those on my list. They've become my go-to pharmacy. Pharmacist Lorrie and her team of Sue and Nicolette are the backbone of the business. Friendly and genuinely caring people who are eager to help. Besides my prescriptions, I also pick up certain OTC items here. If they don't have it stocked, I'll place a phone order and within a day or two the items arrive. A highlight about this pharmacy is their free delivery service. You can arrange a time of delivery in person or on the phone. Along with her bright smile, Lorrie possesses a certain professional charisma that draws you in. She makes you feel comfortable and is easy to talk to. (I tend to talk too much) During my very first visit there, she took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me through a decision I was facing. Lorrie will also go over your prescriptions and explain how to take them. Whenever I buy an OTC product, she brings out several and explains each one. She is very patient and will repeat herself several times until I understand. I can't say enough about Newtown Square Pharmacy - they deserve more than 5 stars. Whether you'll be greeted by Lorrie, Sue or Nicolette - their smiles and enthusiasm always make you feel welcomed and appreciated.”

“I usually go here on Sundays after work. I work nights so by the time I get here, store is pretty much empty still. No lines and lots and lots of parking. Cashier's are friendly. I have a favorite cashier. I believe her name is Celia. She always greets you with a smile, bags my groceries neatly and always tells me to have a good day when i leave.”

“On January 27, 2023 - we received exceptional service from the pharmacist on duty at the Kapolei store. My husband needed an emergency RX. The pharmacist tried to reach our MD in Washington State to clarify a substitute dosage. Ultimately, the pharmacist referred the RX to a nearby pharmacy which had the dosage on hand. This is indeed great service!! I wish I had his name to thank him personally.”

“This is where we get all our immunizations and prescriptions. You can now make reservations for immunizations on the pharmacy website, so we get appointments for the whole family, then line up for our shots. We've done not just Covid vaccines, but also flu, tetanus, hep a, and shingles. Would highly recommend everyone check the CDC website for which immunizations are recommended for you and then get up-to-date.We even get the dog's prescriptions for Heartgard and Nextgard here and save about 20% over getting them at the vet. It's easy, we just ask for a paper prescription at the vet when we get her annual check-up, then get the prescriptions filled next time we shop at Costco. easy peasy.”

“Google GPS took me to park in POB I and couldnt find my way to POB III, a staff member offered to walk me to the building.Great experience and the reason why i say Queens is the best.Location: Located conveniently off the freeway, exit Vineyard Blvd. Stay far left and U turn at the first light. First right and Look for signage is my best suggestion. GPS said to turn into POB I. Stay straight, and take a right on the 1st street. POB III building is located right side.Staff: Friendly & KindTemperature check and covid questions asked to recieve a sticker for entrance.Unlike the main queens hospital this building did not require a medical grade mask (altho i prepared and wore one anyways) for entry.Restroom:Located on the 2nd floor by key entrance only(Need to get from a staff member)Unfortunately no handicap assistance doors for restroomLobby Cafe:This location has a lobby Cafe with a wide variety of food and beverage to purchaseAt my Appointment:I had a few questions in regards to what i was signing and they were patient and able to get me the clarification i needed.I was helped by some amazing Staff here!”

“Just about exclusively physicians practices in this building, parking a bit confusing because, you'll have to drive up the parking structure and find your way to the correct elevator to connect to another building where your doctor might be. First hour parking free and three dollars for each additional thereafter.”

“Ever since I discovered I could order online and do a curbside pick up I was hooked! I recently had been recovering from surgery and picking up curbside was so fast and easy. I was even able to find a nice prime rib for Christmas. The most helpful part of curbside is my bottled water order. I don't have to struggle with loading the car with half a dozen cases of waters anymore. The employees who come out and load the car are pleasant and helpful and very prompt. I would highly recommend this location.”

“Our early stop to load up on supplies and gifts. Always nice to roam the isles and see different things for sale vs mainland Costco's. Good spot to fill up before returning your rental as well.”

“Always have my meds! Thankful for that as many do not! They're also super helpful and fast! The only pharmacist who warned me I was on blood thinners. I pick up from 3-4 other CVS Longs stores! Never a line!”

“Interesting shop in the Queen's POB II Every physicians building does need a pharmacy for convenience for sure as we don't plan on getting into the situation that calls for the need for relief well this moderate sized building does have one interesting enough and I decided to explore as I do have a few item on my need list and just wondered if they had it. A decent sized place filled with all usual drug store items including a wall of greeting cards, over the counter drug items, personal care items, and impressive pill box and pill cutter choices and yes snacks galore. I was actually here to pay a bill I had a question. on and they do have a parking garage with one hour of free parking so yes if you need to get things done you surely can do that here and some goodies as well The bathroom sign btw...I dunno lol! Thank you!”

“I didn't get the cashiers name & I usually do, especially because she was super kind. But it was late and I wasn't really paying attention. MY BAD GUYS!As for the store... OH MY GOD they're pretty big. Compared to the longs I go to. lol! But they were well stocked and had what I needed. SO 4 STARS FROM ME! I didn't give a 5 because they're located in Ewa Beach which is SUPER FAR AWAY FROM ME. Heh heh! Nothing against Ewa beach, just saying I wish they were near me as well. HeheheI went in around 11pm. They close at 12am. In case some don't know what 12am is, that's MIDNIGHT.So that's a great thing for this location because ALL the other stores are closed much earlier. They have their Christmas items displayed on the floors for this months sales. It was CERY TEMPTING & I know I'll regret it later for not looking around. But, I think I'm good with what I got for now.Looks like the have a lot of great gifts too! You folks should take a look. Well that's all for now. Have a good one and mahalo for readying. A hui hou!!! Happy holidays!”

“I have been coming to Safeway Pharmacy for about 8 years. I used to get my medication filled at CVS up until I spoke with Marissa many, many years ago. I asked her a question about an OTC medication for allergies. Based on the small talk conversation, I was sold. I transferred my medication before leaving the store. I then explained to my family the stellar service that I received from Marissa, and they ALL changed from CVS to Safeway. No questions asked.Marissa, Jordan, and Maybelle and the many others who'd names I have not mentioned. Thank you for being invested in our health and wellbeing. It's because you all genuinely care with your heart that I continue to come here. I love that with each encounter that we have, you ask, how are you doing? Also, with any medication changes, you question why. You seek to understand, and that is the cherry on top. Sometimes, we need that extra care, and you all definitely provide that. Thank you, all for being epic.”

“Shopping in Pearl City, O'ahu, Hawai'i...As we passed Sam's Club while we were riding the new Skyline (rail transportation), my friend from First Grade suggested that we stop by and get lunch there.Okay! We drove from the Halawa Station to the free covered parking at Sam's Club. I'm not a member, so, I didn't know about the $5.98 (plus 4.712% tax) Kalua Pig plate - what a deal! It came with two scoops of rice and a scoop of macaroni salad - such a great deal! The Mac salad was a bit bland, but the kalua pig was good!We ate in the cafe of Sam's Club. It's in the corner, near the restrooms. It was a rather cozy space with almost no air conditioning. I had to squeeze our shopping wagon in-between customers and tables and benches. Hmmm...Yes, we had a shopping cart. Some items were just too good to pass up. For example, I got cherries. They were pretty sweet! We also got Mickey Mouse zippered hoodie jackets. They were on sale for less than $15 and were the last two in our size! I also found bags of mochi crunch (Costco didn't have any the last few times that I looked).I wished that I had a cooler in my car. I would have gotten salad kits. I paid about $8 at Foodland. Here at Sam's Club, a similar kit was $2.99. Uhg!Well, maybe I can tag along with my sister to Sam's Club one day. But then again, maybe I'm saving money by not going to Sam's Club? Haha! One challenging thing was:some of the poles were placed in the aisles. We'd have to wait for people to pass before we could get through. Awkward...Overall, it was a fun shopping experience. I liked the spaciousness, air conditioning, clean, bright environment, and scan and go feature. My friend scanned and paid online. We walked right out of the store!”

“This is a small, busy infusion center near the airport. We have been working with a wonderful nurse named Mel for about six months. She uses a machine to help find the vein. She usually gets it the first time. Chairs are comfy and environment comfortable and clean. Parking is free. There is no receptionist. You ring a buzzer and they let you in.Parking is up a high ramp.Prices are high with our insurance.”
