“I have been in this particular store before and bought some miscellaneous items for my phone and I have always been approached by a very friendly welcoming customer service person. That day it was Beau and he helped me by showing me options and prices for what I came in for. I bought my item then he went one step further and asked me if I would like help putting it on for me! I said yes, he did it and I was out of there a very happy gal! Thanks Beau! I’ll be back !”
“Went to get my son the iPhone 11 today (5-19-2024) Renae/Ranay was the one that helped us. I hope I spelled her name right. I didn't notice a name tag on her BUT, after her helping us I asked for her name to thank her. She was kind, patient, very informative & knowledgeable. When we walked in she mentioned to us that the systems were running slow. I'm assuming due to the power outage the night before that's why the systems were probably running slow due to that. She kept reassuring us she was working on getting everything set up for us. It actually didn't take that long, I was expecting longer lol. Glad it didn't & everything worked out great. I had a great experience here!”

“Went to the store yesterday, although the problem has not been completely solved, it is not their problem, their service is satisfactory and professional. Patrick Ryan received me, I am not good at English, so we basically communicated through mobile translation software. In the process, Patrick Ryan actively and patiently helped me solve the troubles that AT&T brought me. This is the best AT&T store I have ever come into contact with, and their excellent service will bring better reputation to AT&T. I have to give this store 5 stars. ?”

Not only did he provide phenomenal service but also was knowledgeable, personable and genuinely kind. I had a lot of questions and he was supportive and just the best type of human you could encounter. I also had my small daughter with me and he was kind to her as well. I have been an AT&T client for over a decade and Rod provided the best service I have ever had country wide. “This is a FIELD PRINT fingerprinting location. Small - extra small parking lot. With this one very helpful agent, NITA. She was so helpful and did my finger printing quick and so easy.
