“I had scheduled a battery replacement for my iPhone 11. Entire repair process took 5 hours as both batteries that were used to replace the old one were defective. The front desk sales associate Breanna was friendly and helpful. She kept me posted throughout the entire process by emailing me which was really helpful as I did not have other means of communication. They understood how inconvenient it was and offered compensation in the form of a discount off of the repair and a replacing of my old screen protector as it was damaged. The defective parts were not the employees fault as it was out of their control. Surely today was just an unlucky day in that regard. I would come back again in the future.”

“My Wife and I had a 9:00 appointment this morning. Got there and waited for a few minutes. We were greeted by Riku Olszewski. We went in to upgrade my outdated iPhone 7 but, ended up getting a great deal that included upgrading our Keiki's phones as well. Riku was very patient, helpful, clear and concise. He also helped us transfer all of the information from our old phones to the new ones. The process took a little over an hour. During that time we talked Family and football. He treated us like Family. I highly recommend this store. You can make an appointment on their website. Another customer was being helped by one of Riku's Team Members and she was trying her best. Be Patient and give the Staff time and you'll be Happy with them.”

“I recently went into AT&T to get a new phone and adding a line to my grandmas account. Duaine In KAPOLEI was amazing. He worked with my elderly grandma on the mainland so very patiently. He tried his hardest the first day to get everything set up. We ran into a EXTREMELY RUDE customer service person in the fraud department who hung up on us the first day.On the second day Duaine remembered all the necessary information even my grandmas name and phone number. “Love this store! Some things are overpriced,but I still found a couple things! Two things though: please train your staff how to treat the disabled. My family was treated nice,but when I wanted to ask a question, I was given a rude attitude and looked down upon. I left upset,and having paid too much for some lomo cards because the staff wouldn't answer my question. I asked nicely,but they treated me unfairly because of my wheelchair the whole time I was in the store. It's hard to maneuver,and I had to have someone else show me things several times. I will be going back though,just hoping things improve.”

Parking can be challenging since the place is so busy with all the restaurants here. Appointment was pretty efficient. Walked in for my booked appointment. Checked in with staff. Showed the required ID and got finger prints done. Took less than 10 minutes. If you need finger printing done, this place is convenient for the west siders.”
