“I had a problem getting results on the phone when my phone mysteriously died. I had no way to file my claim online (no phone!), so I spent two hours on the landline talking to call-center people, getting a lot of scripted sympathy, but no results. Finally, I decided to go into the store and was immediately greeted by Ka'imi, a very friendly and knowledgeable young woman who filed my online claim from her phone. She said I should get results within a day, but to come back the following day just in case. She said if the claim didn't work for some reason, she would go to another step. I did end up having to buy a burner phone because I needed to have a phone, so I was able to check the status, and the claim was approved very quickly. I went in the next day to thank Ka'imi, and she remembered me. She said, "I was just asking about you!" It did take 12 days to get a replacement, and to my delight, they sent me a free upgrade! Apparently, my model was back-ordered, so they sent me the newer model. I recommend going to the Ewa store, and if you're lucky, Ka'imi will be there to assist you.”

“Went to get my son the iPhone 11 today (5-19-2024) Renae/Ranay was the one that helped us. I hope I spelled her name right. I didn't notice a name tag on her BUT, after her helping us I asked for her name to thank her. She was kind, patient, very informative & knowledgeable. When we walked in she mentioned to us that the systems were running slow. I'm assuming due to the power outage the night before that's why the systems were probably running slow due to that. She kept reassuring us she was working on getting everything set up for us. It actually didn't take that long, I was expecting longer lol. Glad it didn't & everything worked out great. I had a great experience here!”
“The battery in my Chamberlain garage door opener, for backup power during outages, was no longer holding a charge to allow a full open/close cycle.I sent an email in with the battery model number and received a prompt response that they had the battery in stock at both stores along with the price.Went down a few hours later to the Nimitz location and they had the battery waiting, took in my old battery for recycling, and most impressively, noted that the terminal on my original battery was smaller than the replacement; they threw on an adapter, rung me up, and I was on my way.Excellent customer service, responsiveness, and pricing. Highly recommend Battery Bill’s for all your battery needs!”

“I had an issue where the SIM card in my phone was not functioning. Alonso was the person who was assisting me, he was very professional in resolving my issue. Another worker there, Autumn was assisting another customer with the same issue. Both employees did an excellent job, above and beyond.”
