“Long story short: Cut a good deal for me, removed my old screen protector and replaced it for me perfectly with no air bubbles or dust, and now I have a brand new looking phoneLong story: I asked about replacing a cracked screen protector and he gave me a good deal on it. He took off the old screen protector for me no problem, and he took his time when replacing it to carefully get rid of all the dust. My new screen protector works great and has no bubbles at all. It was very convenient to have him remove and replace the old one with perfect placement and no dust bubbles, as opposed to trying to do it myself and getting a crooked screen protector with choke bubbles underneath. Definitely recommend!”

FORTUNATELY, this store was able to get my phone screen repaired the next day and they got it done within the hour!! They also had the best prices for my phone after calling nearby repair shops. He asks if need any assistance or that he'll be right with you in a moment. I always get good anytime I go to this store. The ambience is nice and welcoming. There is so much stock and merchandise for whatever you need. The prices of his merchandise are very reasonable. “The battery in my Chamberlain garage door opener, for backup power during outages, was no longer holding a charge to allow a full open/close cycle.I sent an email in with the battery model number and received a prompt response that they had the battery in stock at both stores along with the price.Went down a few hours later to the Nimitz location and they had the battery waiting, took in my old battery for recycling, and most impressively, noted that the terminal on my original battery was smaller than the replacement; they threw on an adapter, rung me up, and I was on my way.Excellent customer service, responsiveness, and pricing. If you are a T-Mobile customer, check your T-Mobile Tuesday app every Tuesday and see what kinds of deals (smoothies, Crazy Bread, Whoppers, etc.) and free schwag (backpack, socks, umbrella, etc.) you can get! Today, 5-9-23, we can get a black fabric cap with a red, white, and blue T-Mobile Tuesday decal! The cap will be useful because it's really sunny in Hawaii! The fabric is breathable and washable! I'm looking forward to making good use of it! This location of T-Mobile is at the Kamehameha Shopping Center. I appreciate the shared covered parking lot. It's convenient to have Times Supermarket, Longs, Honu Bakery, Pizza Hut, and Starbucks nearby! Located between Jeans Warehouse and Baskin-Robbins, the cool shop is efficient, clean, and organized. There was a friendly worker outside - on the shaded sidewalk. She greeted customers and helped them retrieve their caps! She also offered us free watches and tablets for signing up for different promotions. Overall, this is a great place for your communication needs!”

“It's Tuesday... Along with having errands in this area thought it would be the perfect location and hop that they have the item that's featured this week. Yes this is in regarding the item they offered and it was Sunglasses with eclipse lenses how cool is that! With the upcoming partial eclipse on April 8th this will certainly come in handy and now am excited to get up early to hopefully get a good view of it. This Kahala Mall location was actually the initial place that I got my first smartphone after a recommendation from a friend and used to be located on the outside upper level which now is relocated inside near CPK. Without fail I get an instant greet upon entering regardless if they're helping someone knowing that you're acknowledged is comforting though assuming was asked if I was here for the sunglasses which I was and was quickly on my way. In the past when they didn't have the item they were so nice to find out for me where might still have it which is typical service I always get at T-Mobile and which is why I'm still with since day one. “I was just at T Mobile at Ala Moana Center. Juice helped me and he was fantastic. I had read Yelp reviews before I went and wasn't necessarily looking for Juice because of all the great reviews he had, but luckily he was "assigned" to me. We had issues getting my previous carrier to unlock my SIM card but he was patient and did all the hard work for me. I hope that my T Mobile service is as good as Juice's customer service was!”

She was so patient, friendly, and very helpful and knows what to do in a situation when my sister passed away and was on the phone with t-mobile 3 weeks ago. I originally went to a different location and unfortunately they didn't follow the proper procedures in dealing with a passed love one so no one called me back. I came here and got immediate results! Today, I dropped by and needed a new usb cable for my Mom's phone and Elexis helped me again and she remembered me! “Shopping in Honolulu, Hawaii... Located above Walmart on Keeaumoku Street, Sam's Club welcomes its members daily! I'm not a member, so I followed my sister here. She showed her membership card at the door - after we parked on the second floor of the Walmart parking structure. We entered from the side street and drove up the ramp to go directly to the front door of Sam's Club. Sam's Club seemed less crowded than Costco... maybe because we beat the after work customers? Even the lines to pay weren't that bad! We went up and down most aisles. My sister wanted chips that were packaged in snack sizes. I wanted Oat Milk, but only Almond Milk was available. Pass... I also got some mushroom chips... interesting... a tiny little bit of sweetness with a smidgen of savory on crunchy mushrooms (3 types). When I saw Kansai Yamato mochi, I bought a tray for a potluck tomorrow. Yummy! The produce department seemed a little small. No Apple Bananas to be found... We did pass through the clothing area, the pharmacy, fresh flowers, orchid plants, and the café. We'll be back!”

Doors close at 3pm. Have been dealing with Alex for over 5+ years and he is very honest , straight forward, patient and personable. Stood in line and saw crazy people with sob stories in there. Don't try and pull any BS with him, he ain't got no time for any Bu115h;+. Be nice and he will be nice back. Alex deals with a lot of customers that have bad credit, no credit or elderly old school Chinese speaking. Compared to ATnT, Verizon, Sprint , etc will not even talk to you if your credit does not qualify.If you are difficult, walking sad story, manipulative, crazy coocoo ka choo please do not seek him out. He is much too busy for that trash. No offense.5 golden stars for Alex, hang in there dude!”
