“I recently went into AT&T to get a new phone and adding a line to my grandmas account. Duaine In KAPOLEI was amazing. He worked with my elderly grandma on the mainland so very patiently. He tried his hardest the first day to get everything set up. We ran into a EXTREMELY RUDE customer service person in the fraud department who hung up on us the first day.On the second day Duaine remembered all the necessary information even my grandmas name and phone number. Things were much easier the second day and after I not an hour in the store I walked out with my new phone.Thank you so much Duaine”

“I mainly come here when I need to get my medications refilled. The staff at the pharmacy are very nice and remember me every time I pick up. But since I'm refilling my meds, I love browsing around. Sometimes I get $5 off coupons if I spend $5 or more. Those are great to have. Their app also has more coupons that you can use also.And while I'm in the store, I can stop at Starbucks and get some coffee or refreshing tea to go.”

Jay, sensing that I was frustrated, provided exceptional service by trying your resolve the issue and talking story. He identified that the issue had to do with the eSIM. Once the issue was identified Jay was able to successfully activate the new iPhone on my Verizon account and iPhone. Thank you Jay for making a frustrating situation better.”

“I used to shy away from Walmart. Perhaps it's because of all the terrible memes out there. But hey, this is Hawaii. It's not like that at all! First off, I've downloaded the app and signed up for Walmart plus because Walmart is one of the few places that deliver to Guam for FREE (plus perks)!! They deliver FREE whether you order a $1.00 worth of goods or $500.00 with of goods. I've become an online shopper and I've found that some of their products are cheaper than anywhere else on the island. Might I note, Walmart carries a few things that I can't get anywhere else (All detergent - baby one). Also, I was able to purchase powered toddler rides online with delivery when all the local stores didn't have inventory. The actual store isn't bad either. I find it a bit dim at the kapolei store but I think it's because the lights are solar powered. Many if not all, the checkout lines are now self check. I used to mind that since I'm rather slow scanning and bagging but I've gotten better and faster. You'll find that their prices are just a few cents lower than Target.”

“My Wife and I had a 9:00 appointment this morning. Got there and waited for a few minutes. We were greeted by Riku Olszewski. We went in to upgrade my outdated iPhone 7 but, ended up getting a great deal that included upgrading our Keiki's phones as well. Riku was very patient, helpful, clear and concise. He also helped us transfer all of the information from our old phones to the new ones. The process took a little over an hour. During that time we talked Family and football. He treated us like Family. I highly recommend this store. You can make an appointment on their website. Another customer was being helped by one of Riku's Team Members and she was trying her best. Be Patient and give the Staff time and you'll be Happy with them.”
