“I had issues with my 2013 Toyota Tacoma air conditioning was blowing warm air. Took it to the dealership to get an estimate and was extremely high! Got a second opinion and estimate from Mike and his staff and was diagnosed with the same problem. The best thing was Mike's repair would save me much more money then I was expected to pay.He was accurate and disclosed the cost which would not be cheap but much more cheaper than if I took it to another professional in his field. He also was quick and efficient to complete the work task by the end of the day, and waited for me since I finished work later then the time he usually closes.I really give Mike's A/C auto repair a 5 stars for Quality work, and value for your buck, when every penny counts to make ends meet! Job well done Mike 5Stars.”

“Got my 2005 crv front left window regulator assembly replaced Nov.13, 2023.Costs me $120 for labor, $130+ for parts. It took no longer than 2hrs since I dropped the vehicle up to picking it up.I’d say price was within my expectations. John and Michael are great folks who are very welcoming and very professional.They’d call you first for the quote and it’s up to you to go ahead with it or not, there’s no diagnostic fee, and best of all, there’s 1yr warranty on labor and parts!”

“I am so pleased by the service Ace Auto Glass in Aiea. My window on my BMW was busted by some derelict by Camp Erdman during the day. My insurance company hooked me up with Safelite which I've used before and they were good.This time they gave me an appt. for February 12 at my home and they couldn't do it until then because they needed a part. Then I got a text saying we've updated your appt. for Feburary 16 and I'd have to bring it in town. I told them that won't work because I'm having surgery on February 14th. I asked them what happened to my February 12th appt. and at my house. No response.I can't leave my window open like that for too long as the rain and weather could damage it more.I called Ace Auto Glass to ask for an estimate and she gave me the lowest price of all the auto glass places I called AND she had it in stock! AND she could get me in that day!! The chances of having my exact window is almost unheard of.I highly recommend them and the great service and employees.Nancy SmithPearl City”

You can trust them in knowing their stuff, especially the Head Mechanic Lito, hes Awesome and knows his stuff. If you ever have issues with anything, bring it to them. You can count on them( well, depending on what you want done to your vehicle). If I had another shot in going back to work for them, I would; but honestly, being a mechanic/technician isn't all what it seems, not unless you're really passionate about cars and the automotive industry, then by all means go for it. Just hope you see yourself retiring as a mechanic/technician”

“Outstanding customer service! I went to the Kapolei Goodyear because i had a bolt and washer between the treads of my driver side rear tire. The tire was holding air but obviously i had to either repair it or replace it. I pleaded with the woman at the register to patch it so i could get to a Doctor's appt at QMC in town. If i cancel same day i get charged $150.00! The woman at the register told me she could not help me and i would have to schedule an appt. I scheduled for two days later at Noon because that was first available! Mind you i live alone on the West side of the island and work in town. If i don't work, i don't get paid! Needless to say i had a blowout driving West on H-1 after my Doctor's appt! I ended up meeting Bernie an amazing Wahine who drives a tow truck with Cachola Towing and although she was pau with work she stopped to help me! Amazing person with a giant heart filled with Aloha. Bernie towed me to DJ's Motorsports in Kapolei and less than an hour later they replaced my rear tires and balanced them. Outstanding service! I will never go back to Goodyear and waste my hard earned money on a company that could care less about my safety! How long does it take to plug a hole in a tire? Sorry GOODYEAR IN KAPOLEI, YOU FAILED ME!DJ's Motorsports and Cachola Towing your generosity of spirit is a blessing! You will get ALL OF MY BUSINESS. Goodyear in Kapolei shame on you!”

“The customer service is truly top notch. I lost my keys to my truck top and was desperate to get them replaced. They were booked but managed to squeeze me in. Due to an accident on the freeway I was late to my appointment- so embarrassing! I felt so bad but they waited for me at the end of their busy day and could not have been nicer. I not only got a new lock and keys, they fixed my top so it fit better, and all for a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Aloha Toppers! Everything ended up being in good working condition, but the owner still did a full review of my brake pads and took my vehicle for a test drive to see the brake’s responsiveness. “I would characterize this shop as premium service for a premium price. There are certainly cheaper options, but they do great work and are very well run. They don't take appointments, but I have had no trouble getting in on the same day as long as I arrived early. I also like that you can bring your own parts or materials (e.g. oil and filter).”
