“I am so pleased by the service Ace Auto Glass in Aiea. My window on my BMW was busted by some derelict by Camp Erdman during the day. My insurance company hooked me up with Safelite which I've used before and they were good.This time they gave me an appt. for February 12 at my home and they couldn't do it until then because they needed a part. Then I got a text saying we've updated your appt. for Feburary 16 and I'd have to bring it in town. I told them that won't work because I'm having surgery on February 14th. I asked them what happened to my February 12th appt. and at my house. No response.I can't leave my window open like that for too long as the rain and weather could damage it more.I called Ace Auto Glass to ask for an estimate and she gave me the lowest price of all the auto glass places I called AND she had it in stock! AND she could get me in that day!! The chances of having my exact window is almost unheard of.I highly recommend them and the great service and employees.Nancy SmithPearl City”

“I called into the shop because I noticed a squeaking noise when I was backing up. The owner told me to bring it in so he could check it out. Everything ended up being in good working condition, but the owner still did a full review of my brake pads and took my vehicle for a test drive to see the brake’s responsiveness. The owner took the time to fully explain everything to me and was unbelievably kind. He didn’t even charge me a dime! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone and I’ll certainly be back when my vehicle actually needs work done!”

Due to an accident on the freeway I was late to my appointment- so embarrassing! I felt so bad but they waited for me at the end of their busy day and could not have been nicer. I not only got a new lock and keys, they fixed my top so it fit better, and all for a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Aloha Toppers! “Super impressed with their customer service, efficiency, skill, and relative affordability. I found out when getting an oil change elsewhere that I needed to replace my radiator immediately. I came across Automotive Car Care Center in a search for nearby places that could replace the radiator.I called and Jen was both friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to get my car in almost immediately, and gave me an accurate estimate of the cost, which was on the lower side of the average range to replace a radiator, per Google. She said they could likely get the work done by 4 pm at the latest (it was 10:30 am when I drove over there).Jen called me just after 1 pm to say the work was done and I was able to pick the car up, hours before I had thought. The car is running great and I am absolutely satisfied. The mechanic appears to even have fixed a squealing belt I had, at no extra charge. I will definitely contact them again for any future issues with my now 16-year old car. Mahalo to everyone there!”

“Thank you Lex Brodie for servicing my tire when nobody else would. Tesla does not have special tires, they're not run flats, they are normal tires just like every other car. How many places refused to service me. So dumb. I think row said it would be done no problem and it was done in 15 minutes. Tesla service would take 3 days and 3 times the cost for the same service. Ridiculous”

“Got an oil change here the other day. We got there around 7:10, right after they opened and it was empty. We were able to get in and out in about 15 minutes. The guy who helped us didn't seem to know about the $20 off coupon on yelp but he still honored it. Overall, one of the best experiences we've had with an oil change! Will definitely be back!”

Two times a week I either got called or texted as to the progress of the repair of my car. So I knew exactly what was happening week from week. After observing him with other customers before me, I felt that he has the great qualities that everyone wants in their car care advisor. He was direct and honest in a way that made you fell assured that your car was being left in good hands. Even though he was busy with the morning rush, he took his time with each of us in a way that didn't make us feel overly impatient due to the wait. I was very satisfied with the work that was done, as well as the open communication regarding the additional work needed after initial diagnostics. I would return for future car care as well.My only gripe is that after seven hours I called to ask about my car and it was then that they claim the work was done. Drop off at 9:00, received diagnostics call at 11:00, then I called them and picked up about 18:00.”
