“I called into the shop because I noticed a squeaking noise when I was backing up. The owner told me to bring it in so he could check it out. Everything ended up being in good working condition, but the owner still did a full review of my brake pads and took my vehicle for a test drive to see the brake’s responsiveness. The owner took the time to fully explain everything to me and was unbelievably kind. He didn’t even charge me a dime! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone and I’ll certainly be back when my vehicle actually needs work done!”

“My wife noticed a screw in my tire this morning and I tried calling Goodyear 3 times and no answer. I called Oahu Tire Services and they answered on the first ring. Brought my car down and got my tire fixed quickly. Service is top notch. I will keep them in mind for future tire needs”

This family own business has an amazing trio to keep their customers coming back. Gina (wife) handles the appointments, customers, and payments while the son and husband work on the cars. Hawaiian Tire values their customers and will always provide the care and a fair price on repairs.As a former parts delivery driver and now a loyal customer. I recommend seeing them for your wheel alignment, tire, or minor repairs.”

“Thank you Lex Brodie for servicing my tire when nobody else would. Tesla does not have special tires, they're not run flats, they are normal tires just like every other car. How many places refused to service me. So dumb. I think row said it would be done no problem and it was done in 15 minutes. Tesla service would take 3 days and 3 times the cost for the same service. Ridiculous”

“Got an oil change here the other day. We got there around 7:10, right after they opened and it was empty. We were able to get in and out in about 15 minutes. The guy who helped us didn't seem to know about the $20 off coupon on yelp but he still honored it. Overall, one of the best experiences we've had with an oil change! Will definitely be back!”

“Highly recommend this location, Ashley, and the whole staff went above and beyond to take care of me and my family. We had some failing tires and elected to replace all four. Definitely very nice staff, passionate and care about their customers as well. **** Public service announcement don't go into the store and think that everything can be done asap, definitely was taken back while there and seen another customer being rude for no reason, the volume of cars and customers in and out was amazing, it's a very busy location. My point being I was patient, respectful and my car was taken care of as promised and perfect the first time!!! **** Remember we live in paradise! Enjoy it”

“Rob (the very nice gentleman that helped us get checked into the appointment) was very kind, courteous, and honest about the work being done. After observing him with other customers before me, I felt that he has the great qualities that everyone wants in their car care advisor. He was direct and honest in a way that made you fell assured that your car was being left in good hands. Even though he was busy with the morning rush, he took his time with each of us in a way that didn't make us feel overly impatient due to the wait. I was very satisfied with the work that was done, as well as the open communication regarding the additional work needed after initial diagnostics. I would return for future car care as well.My only gripe is that after seven hours I called to ask about my car and it was then that they claim the work was done. Drop off at 9:00, received diagnostics call at 11:00, then I called them and picked up about 18:00.”
