“Big Mahalo to Jeff and his Crew. Got started on my lift at first crack upon opening up shop at 0900 and as promised had my F150 fitted up and sitting correctly at 1845. I purchased my RC 6" lift on my own, it's not a brand they carry in their shop but excellent work was done. The previous shop that did my RC 2" leveling kit was just all around sloppy. Jeff keeps a tight ship and the condition of his shop reflects their dedication to their craft. Mahalo for blessing me with checking off a lifelong bucketlist item. Go check them out. “Made an online appt for oil change. I normally go to the Aiea location but opted for Waipahu as it's in my hood. Arrived early, checked in & was told it could take up to 2 hours. Rather than sit in the waiting area, I strolled across the street for a late lunch. Less than an hour later, they called to advise my car was ready! Samson checked me out quickly & I was on my way. Great customer service. Aiea location normally vacuums my car out whenever I have any kind of servicing done. Idk if it was because they've known me for years.”

“I called around shops to fix my A/C. I was informed by another shop that I needed my evaporator replaced. I talked to Kawika and he gave me a quote. The quote was not the lowest I got but the reviews I read here on Yelp were good. First, Kawika was very professional with calling me back with his quote. Second, Kawika did not ask me to put money down in advance to purchase the part while all the other shops asked for money down even the dealer where I purchased my car. Third, when my part arrived, Damian informed me that he just needed one day to get the job done while the other shops told me they needed 2-3 days. I'm so happy with their work, my Genesis is cold again. I found a go to repair shop for my cars. Thank you Kawika and Damian.”

“We've been coming here for a couple of years now even when they were under a different name... But I've got to say, the service has definitely been up to par! It's one thing when you have fast quality service, but it's another when the associates are friendly and get to know their customers.Came here around lunch on a Saturday trying to get my last minute safety check done (Silly me, always wait till the end of the month) Called in and they told me there were 3 cars ahead of me and that I could wait in the parking lot to be called. It took about an hour for them to get to my suv. Ed was fast, efficient and very friendly. I would definitely recommend people to come here early and get in line. “I recently bought all 4 tires from another Firestone location, and just my luck not even a week later my car alerts me that my back left tire was low. Even after I filled it back up with air, the next day it alerted me again that it's even lower. I couldn't see anything in the tire, but I called this location (because it was closer to me), and asked if they could see me. The gentleman (sorry I forgot his name), told they are all booked but if I come now they will squeeze me in I'll just have to wait a while if that's ok. As much as I didn't want to wait, I had to get this fixed. Once I got there, both guys at the desk were very welcoming and knew exactly why I was there already from the phone call. They did explain to me it could take up to 3 hours due to them being booked up but they would try to get it done before then if they could. I didn't have a ride so o had to stay and wait. Well, these guys are amazing because they got me in and out in and hour and a half! Made me so happy, and I'm sure I can speak for most or all women that we dread coming to get anything fixed when it comes to our car, because we always seemed to get hustled into shit we don't really need fixed. But not these guys. I actually felt comfortable, and was thankful they found the nail in the middle of my tire that you couldn't see. Mahalo Firestone Waipahu! You definitely should come to this location.”
