“Noteworthy experience with Royce (I think that's his name?) at BOH Pearlridge helping my fiancé and I get our paperwork settled to ship our cars off island. He would give us calls to check in and when we came into the bank for other matters, he'd check in again to make sure everything was ok. He was super attentive and patient with us. Other experiences at BOH Pearlridge have been wonderful. All the staff is polite and approachable! Logistic wise, playing the wait game for paperwork and account info to be changed gets frustrating as I've never dealt with this type of "7-10 business days" just to change my payment info for my car loan with other banks. Aside from the constant "wait game" with BOH, the staff and employees seem happy to work there, they show care for their work and I've enjoyed banking with BOH.”

“Busy, busy, busy!
They open at 9 AM and the lines start at 8:30 AM. Lines for bank tellers, business ops, and even the drive-thru ATMs.
Always efficient and quick though. Lots of long time staff who know what to do.
Parking is tight but never impossible. Might have to walk an extra minute or two.
Otherwise this location services its purpose in the busy Pearl City, Aiea area.”

“The Hawaii State Federal Credit Union is located by Central Pacific Bank, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and Ichiriki - across from the Pearlridge Uptown area. There are many parking stalls on the first and second floors of the strip mall. The staff here are helpful. There are sometimes lines of State workers but the tellers are efficient and the line moves quickly. I have an account here and although I work at a different company - not for the state, I can still keep my account.”

“Been banking here for as long as I can remember. Lots of different faces through the years, but everyone was helpful and polite. I’ve been helped by head teller Jennifer the most. She even took care of situations for me on the phone during Covid time when I was hesitant to go in. Jennifer always explains things well and doesn’t rush me out. She patiently helped me with my uChoose Rewards program today, among other things and even made sure I was able to login before I left. I’m fortunate to receive her services!Maria and Anisha are two other people who have been at this location for years too. The three of them have been a great part of Territorial Savings Bank. I hope to continue seeing them around for years to come.”

“Always friendly tellers and helpful staffI've gotten legal documents notarized & as a member, it's free. I've made cashier checks, and as a member, 1 per day is free. There are financial advisors available to guide you through IRA accounts, etc. Safety deposit boxes are also available.I love banking here and often do business weekly.”

“I don't have an account there yet but the Pearlridge FHB are very cordial and friendly. I do like their spacious ambience of decorated holiday settings. We do have loan there so we do have something to do with FHB”
