We found an attractive chair and then Marion led us to their numerous leather and fabric choices in large 2’x 2’ sizes. She offered to bring these samples over to the house to see what might work best in our space. We ended up with a beautiful leather that goes well with the rug, walls, and adjoining kitchen. “Wonderful eclectic antique store and Jo, the owner, is just great. Some of my favorite finds thus far have been a gorgeous hall tree, turkey decanter and beautiful framed picture. Of special note, Jo and her son make exquisite birdhouses out of reclaimed wood, moss, etc and I was lucky enough to scoop up one of their beautiful creations. It’s absolutely too nice for a functional birdhouse .. more of a gorgeous conversational piece.”

On a whim, I searched on eBay and immediately stumbled across the perfect chairs....turns out, IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD. Leighton Hall Furniture is in Suwanee and is a very unassuming store front. However, once you walk in, you are immediately overwhelmed and impressed by the sheer quantity of furniture they handle! Their custom made pieces are simply beautiful and at a fraction of the cost of furniture stores and online retailers like Perigold (they sell the same pieces at over a 200% markup!!). Over 30 years and business and with clients constantly contacting them from across the nation, Leighton Hall has the quality I desire at a fraction of a cost. Check them out and I promise you won't be sorry!”
