They took great care of my sofa. Despite the rain, mud outside and stairs to get to my unit, my white sofa was not stained nor wet due to their strategic method while bringing it in. Also they worked quickly it took them 10-15 minutes to get 7 pieces unloaded off the truck, up the stairs and into my unit. They also have designer handbags!Staff is friendly and helpful (mostly if not all volunteers). If you would like to purchase to help a great cause, or even volunteer your time, visit this cute boutique! READ UP on their humble cause and mission!Visit during their business hours to donate your lightly used clothes, decorations, books, movies and whatnot. To donate, go to the back of the building and click the doorbell for service. If they don't show up in a couple minutes, visit the staff upstairs. It's all tax refundable!”

Eventually I showed up 3 weeks after the original scheduled date, and they still had my bedroom furniture, thank God! Clean office, the guys working in the back were nice and professional. But y’all need better customer service.Also, look for suite 800 on the right. The previous reviews that left photos were helpful.”
