“Managers beware. Your employees are key to your business. Yesterday I conducted business at t-mobile in Morrow. The employee didn't take the time to look in the system to solve my problem, she wasn't rude but I was disturbed that she didnt make an effort. I probably would not return. However, today my issue was resolved rather quickly at the Stockbridge store by Ashley who took time to look in the system and was able to fix the problem. Not only will I return, but I will be making 2 purchases. Employees serve us, your customers with care and customers let the managers know when you receive excellent customer service.
